10/10 stay! We’ve been here since January and it’s truly felt like home. Super comfortable living room, great bed and bath, and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect spot for remote work too—quiet, cozy, and easy to settle into. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s Airbnb. We feel so grateful to have found such a lovely space and kind host. The bnb was exactly what we had hoped for — spacious, comfortable, great natural lighting, a supremely well stocked kitchen, a huge shower and tub, great heating which made our wintery stay so cozy and soft king size beds. Dana went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. She stopped by to help us figure out how to use an appliance and replied promptly and compassionately to any questions we had. Her timely communication put us at ease and helped our trip run smoothly. If we’re back in Denver we would happily stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb again. Many thanks, Evan & June

Julia’s has a sweet place that is comfortable, clean and cozy. The location is ideal for access to public transportation, restaurants and grocery stores. I was there for a yoga workshop and it’s walking distance to the Yoga Center of Denver.

Sandi's place is amazing!! At first I was a little hesitant because it is on the basement level, but the basement gets natural light and you have a huge space for yourself that is extremely clean and modern. The bed is suuuper comfortable and big and you get a modern kitchen and bathroom. There are restaurants nearby and ubering downtown is around 10-15$. Sandi is a fantastic host and was always attentive of my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend!!!

Dawn’s place was extremely comfortable. Her hospitality & responsiveness were top notch. What was particularly nice was Dawn having snacks/breakfast items and drinks available in the apartment when we checked in. There were even ice cream bars in the freezer. That made it super inviting & helped us out when we got in late from the airport. The bed and couch were very comfortable. It was a nice stay & Dawn was an understanding & helpful host.

It was a good place to hunker down with a great yard for dogs and a well-stocked kitchen. Jon Jax was flexible and accommodating.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Samuel’s place was perfect for us for our weekend getaway. House was clean and accommodating. Hot tub was wonderful after a surprise snowstorm. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. House instructions were clear and Samuel was very communicative.

I stayed at Raj’s beautiful place for 4 nights and I absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do justice to the actual place. There was everything and beyond what I needed. Incredibly clean, quiet, safe. 15-minutes walk to the convention center. E-bikes and e-scooters available everywhere around the neighborhood. Very close to a huge grocery store to fill up your fridge. I truly felt at home, would absolutely stay again and can’t recommend enough.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

I had an amazing stay in downtown Denver! The location was perfect—walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and everything the city has to offer. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. What really made the stay stand out was the host—they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell he really cares about their guests' experience. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Kari’s place was great! She was very responsive when I had a question. We appreciated her hospitality.

The house is bright and comfortable. The bedrooms have blinds and curtains so nice and dark at night. The neighborhood very very quiet. It is a quick and easy drive to DU with a cute street with coffee and brew house just down the street. We would definitely book again.

Andrew's communication was great! He was very quick to respond. He allowed us to check in a little early. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. House was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and house was clean. The only slight negative was carpet in bathroom. It had a fee small stains but that is to be expected with a rental.

I can unreservedly recommend Sebastian's property for anyone who is looking to feel right at home. Not only was it immaculate, the books, games and front yard contributed to the homey feel. Sebastian was extremely responsive - thanks for delivering an iron! - and an interesting person; he was available but never hovered and I would happily stay at his property again.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment-one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was loaded with supplies-dishes, extra blankets, comforters, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. It was comfortable-both inside and out. A bonus was the outdoor patio looking out onto the peaceful yard and open areas. The apartment has a full size kitchen with full size appliances, comfy furniture and bed, lots of space and storage. We just stayed a weekend, but I could see how someone could comfortably stay for a while. Dennis was a great host, very accessible and responsive. We highly recommend this place, which was convenient to many restaurants, shops, the highway, etc.

We had a great stay. Everything we wanted to do was about a 20 min drive. The condo was quiet and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

Kerri was very kind and accommodating host. The apartment was super clean and comfy. It definitely felt like home away from home. Kerri's instructions for check-in and check out were clear and concise, it was a seamless process. The location offers peace and quiet with easy access to the center of the city. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, soaking up the sun, and gazing at the clouds. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much Kerri for extending your home!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Austin’s place was clean and neat, just as described. It’s a neat, old place with character. Great shower and just right for 3 of us. Neat artwork on the walls, too.
