my family and I loved this place . already planning on going back. pool what kept up, with, grass was nice and thick. the dock was a wounder place to chill and fish. only bad thing to say was the night green light didn't work the breaker would jump think there was a short.

Loved the place. Well equipped and very clean. Very close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Definitely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the dunes! We will definitely be back.

This place exceeded our expectations. Lots of extras. Perfect sunrise for coffee overlooking the Bay. Close access to Rockport and Goose Island. Loved the fishing at Copano Bay. Pier at condo was awesome lots of lights. Was too cold for pool so we will have to do that on our next stay. Very pet friendly. Had pet potty stations all over property with poop bags. I think this condo was the best on the property. Host is wonderful and response time was fabulous. And there were soooo many pillows and blankets I was amazed. Wish u could give more than 5 stars. Getting ready to book for July.

We all had a blast staying at this condo. The pool was nice, the boardwalk was nice and the game room was big with a sitting area/big screen tv, air hockey table and Ping-Pong table. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

Kim was an excellent host, and the location (walking distance to the beach) couldn’t be beat. Loved our time there!

This place was awesome, great location close to the beach and all the fun stuff Port A has to offer. Easy check in and place was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Yes the unit was on the parking lot side but for it's price that was fine. On the other side of building you can sit around the pool or hot tub and look out over the water. There was a long pier you can walk out on and seat and relax or fish. Overall we had a great stay and would go back again.

We booked this condo for a little birthday getaway and it did not disappoint. This was the perfect condo for just the wife and I and our little pup in tow. Conveniently located by some of Rockport’s touristy spots as well as close to the main road thoroughfare with plenty of food options. We used the kitchen for our breakfast meals each day. The balcony overlooking the pool area and the pier did not disappoint. Central A/C kept us very cool on those hot summer days! That was a plus! The only thumbs down this whole trip was the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order but that’s not on Miss Kitty’s. The room did have a full size refrigerator with freezer and ice trays with those cool reusable ice cubes but we just preferred the condo building ice. Again, that was the only thumbs down so everything else was top notch! We definitely would book again and this particular condo at that!

The place was very nice and looked almost new. This is wintertime and it was very warm and sealed up. The location and view was very nice as was the the outdoor and indoor furniture. It rained one day but it didn't matter, we sat inside and enjoyed the home.

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

What a beautiful and peaceful stay at Kristen’s condo! The place was super clean and just like the photos posted! I don’t have one bad thing to stay about this stay! Her instructions were clear in the info she provided on the app and at the condo! Anything you could think of you would need was provided and it was super peaceful to look right out of the balcony to see the water, everyone we seen at the condo from the front seat to the neighbors were super friendly and welcoming! The huge bed we stayed in was clean and comfy! The bathroom was clean as well as the super nice shower which was beautiful! Even though it was warm outside the place stayed cool on the inside and didn’t have to touch the thermostat! The pool was very nice cold for the hot Texas heat and the hot tub was bonus! If you’re looking for a nice peaceful get away, this is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very well located — just a short distance from the beach. It’s extremely clean, well-organized, and cozy. We especially appreciated the spacious closet and the little area for quick meals, which made everything more comfortable. The place felt very safe, and the hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Definitely a five star stay here! awesome customer service. Super cute spot with beautiful ocean view. We were in love with the decor and the homie vibes. We enjoyed the pool as well. We needed to update accommodations and Chris was super fast in responding and taking care of us.

Love this condo! PERFECT for a small family. We were a family of 4 and had MORE than enough room. Loved the long balcony. Loved the heated pool. Loved that this condo had ALL the necessities needed. Thought I’d have to run to the store, but never did. Coffee, all the way down to the mugs this condo was equipped with. Thank you to the host for being so amazing! I absolutely LOVED that there was a small note from the previous guest. We left one as well for the next guest! Very clean.

Very nice place, loved the sleeping arrangements. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was stalked very well and labeled! Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The beach was in walking distance from our room as well as the heated pool. Our son also lived the playground.

We had a fabulous time, and happened to stay here the same weekend Sandfest was happening. Because of that the private entrance/boardwalk was a perfect way to get to the beach quickly and avoid a lot of the crowds. The condo was clean, comfy, and cute! plenty of space and great access to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

We have officially been spoiled, this was the first trip we’ve taken as a family to the coast. The home is in a pristine location surrounded by water. The neighborhood is extremely clean and safe. This is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy some family time.

This a great spot with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We’d stay here again!

Dawn has a Wonderful, Beautiful, Absolutely perfect place . Great location , close to town , private walkway super close to beach . Covered deck facing the pool . Highly recommend this wonderful place . Easy to communicate with Dawn . We loved it there .
