Pharus está ubicado junto al mar, en el litoral de arena negra volcánica de Playa del Aguila, dentro de un complejo de singular arquitectura con piscina heated, acceso privado a la playa y maravillosas vistas. El interior del apartamento está inspirado en la simplicidad de las antiguas casas de playa fusionando el estilo mediterráneo con el atlántico. El mobiliario, el equipamiento y la iluminación están pensados para ofrecerte la mejor experiencia de desconexión, disfrute, comodidad y descanso.

First Line Bungalow

Der wunderschöne Bungalow ist renoviert, modern eingerichtet und nur ein paar Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Durch die große Schiebetüre läßt sich der Wohnbereich mit der Terrasse verbinden und somit jede Mahlzeit herrlich im Freien genießen. Sowohl die komplett und reichlich eingerichtete Küche, das moderne Bad mit Regendusche, das klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, als auch das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit einem herrlichen Blick überTerrasse, Pool und Palmen versprechen schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage.

Romantische Höhle mit Terrasse und Meerblick

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Maspalomas Dream Beach

A pocos pasos de la playa, apartamento reformado, luminoso y totalmente equipado. Con buena orientación, es amplio, fresco y cómodo para estancias largas. Tiene terraza con vistas a la piscina, dos camas tipo hotel de 1 x 2 m, sofá cama, cocina con horno y microondas, wifi y dos Smart TV. Complejo con piscina, jardín y parking, cerca del C.C. Kasbah, Yumbo y Águila Roja, supermercados y buenas conexiones en bus y taxi. Ideal para caminar junto al mar, nadar, tomar el sol y explorar la isla.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Piso totalmente reformado en zona tranquila del Tablero. Consta de dos dormitorios y un baño. Cocina totalmente equipada con mesita de desayuno y zona de lavadero. La casa es muy luminosa con acceso a una amplia terraza privada. Primera planta con escalones para acceder a la vivienda. Es necesario respetar las normas comunitarias. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
