Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

Walking distance to the slopes. You don't need to worry about parking. Perfect for a family vacation. We returned for lunch so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. The apartment is clean and uncluttered. The host is very responsive, and accommodating. Recommend the space.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to Oak Glen. Even in the off season there was enough to do and check out. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my husband’s Valentine’s gataway. I’d definitely come back (maybe during the fall so we can try apple picking) and stay here to enjoy the scenery and small town vibes.

It exceeded our expectations! It was very well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. Co-host Fabian was very responsive & helpful!

This house was beautiful, accessible, clean, and perfect for a group of 7 people. We especially enjoyed the back patio and easy parking.

Beautiful house, clean and in a nice neighborhood. My family and I stayed for a few days after our house flooded, Neda was very kind and friendly. She responded very fast and answered all of our questions. The house was just like on the pictures. We are very grateful Neda for hosting us. 10 out of 10

Perfect Weekend Getaway! It was so peaceful, beautiful & relaxing. The pictures do not do justice on how amazing the house look inside & out. Can't wait to come back again. It was only 5 minute drive to village. I do wish the jacuzzi (spa) was more private, it was in view of the neighbors patio, no trees or anything blocking it. Other than that everything was a dream!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

We stayed at Mimi’s property for about 7 weeks. The property was clean, had a beautiful backyard and was on a nice quiet street next to UC Riverside. The neighbors were nice and friendly and the area felt super safe. We would often walk the area with our dogs and always felt safe. The inside of the home is clean, super spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were a nice size. They provided some of the basic materials, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, detergent and such. They have a washer dryer in the garage that was super convenient as well. Mimi and the cohost Jose checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Our contact was minimal but they were very responsive and friendly if we needed to ask them any questions. We would absolutely stay here again if given the chance. Great experience! Especially when the local donkeys would stop by and say hello. 10/10.

From the moment I walked in the door. I felt comfortable and very much at home. The pictures on the site and looking around the home was identical spot on. I was just taken back with satisfaction at how beautiful the kitchen was laid out clean fresh no clutter no leftover foods it was just absolutely beautifully displayed. with all the kitchen Furnishings that you would need. The backyard it was small but very quaint and I really got a kick out of the shower in the backyard that was interesting and would have been nice on a warmer day to cool down. The size of the bed the betting the pillows everything was so fresh and comfortable I slept very well. There was nothing I could possibly want or need to ask for it was perfectly furnished everything was clean and smelt so fresh you could tell there's a lot of Pride taken in this Airbnb and I will definitely go back! Our stay was comfortable, the home was extremely clean and quiet.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

The place was nice. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The floors were a little sticky in the kitchen but overall the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the inland empire. It was close to a big shopping center. The host was great they dropped off new towels and slippers. But she did message us before we got to the Airbnb saying there was complementary water in the fridge and there was none.

We only stayed at Jack’s place for one night. Jack’s place was the perfect size for our group of 7 people. There was adequate seating, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Two car garage parking, gated community. Jack did not impose an extensive list of check out rules, which we appreciated greatly. But, we are staying in someone else’s home; so we did treat it with care and respect. Thank you Jack for the great stay! Would stay again if we need a place next time.
