An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. We loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. Very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was also in a great location for getting around town. It was about 20 min from the Renaissance Faire and 10 from very good restaurants and grocery stores. A great backyard and communal space too.

We’ve stayed in 4 Lake Arrowhead Airbnbs in the last two years and this was our favorite. It was immaculate (cleanliness is something I have very high standards for). It was well decorated and cozy—we particularly loved the comfortable couch and the gas fireplace. The secret kids room was a huge hit with my three-year-old who didn’t unpack a single toy or book we brought with us and it was very convenient that they had a pack and play (and a slumber pod even though we didn’t end up using it—the rooms get pretty dark and my toddler no longer needs it pitch black). The welcome gift with a personalized message, s’mores kit and hot cocoa was a really nice touch. We didn’t need a single thing while we were there so we didn’t touch base with Natalie much but we left our toddler’s pillow behind and even after check out she was very responsive and helpful. Super easy walk to the lake trail and close to the village and brewery. Great enclosed yard for pets. We loved every minute of our stay!

My kids and I enjoyed our weekend at Hugo’s place we felt at home very comfortable and we made some good memories there we would definitely book again in the future. It was kid friendly with building blocks, and other outdoor activities stored in the garage we enjoyed the backyard space as well.

Perfect Weekend Getaway! It was so peaceful, beautiful & relaxing. The pictures do not do justice on how amazing the house look inside & out. Can't wait to come back again. It was only 5 minute drive to village. I do wish the jacuzzi (spa) was more private, it was in view of the neighbors patio, no trees or anything blocking it. Other than that everything was a dream!

My family had a great, week-long stay at Princess's house in Upland. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt totally safe. This house is a great option for visiting the 5cs which are just a short drive away. If you need anything, Princess is very friendly and responsive. We had no issues at all and were very happy. We hope to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Easy check in and house was very clean. Host was responsive and accommodating to modifications we needed for our stay. Location was convenient due to its proximity to the freeway and food.

Great, relaxing stay. Close to trails, coffee, grocery, and lake. It was nice to find a place that you can come back to after a morning hike, have lunch and rest, and get back out to another hike. Comfy bed, warm home, and relaxing.

Nice and quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Would definitely recommend.

Ingrid is a warm-hearted woman with a gentle spirit and a gift for hospitality. Her space reflects her persona and is engineered for comfortable living. From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

Not that bad of a neighborhood everything is walkable. Clean beds and quiet neighborhoods. Overall pretty decent place.

We had a wonderful stay! Rarely would I say that places turn up better in person than in pictures, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely cute and charming the place is when I arrived! There were so many cute little details added to the decor. I’m not sure if the place has been updated recently, but everything is very clean and appears new. Everything works well! The beds were super comfortable. The towels were luxurious. And they actually have stainless pots (no toxic chemicals like teflon), which actually is a big deal for me! Location is convenient, literally right next to Snow Summit. Leanne is super responsive! Absolutely enjoyed my stay. I’ve stayed at numerous Airbnbs in Big Bear.. this is the one I’m definitely returning to.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

We loved our stay here. The location couldn’t be beat as we could walk 5 min to the slopes. Bryan was very responsive and was very flexible with our booking. Thanks to Bryan’s accommodations, we were able to check in late and contactless. The home is a little dated, but accurately shown in the photos and was very clean. Thank you for our stay, we (and our pup) thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great location! Close to everything and very clean. Check in was very smooth and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here even though it was just for one night. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it.

We had a great time staying at Leanne’s apartment - the place has a beautiful view and lakefront access, and is a short walk away from the Village shops & restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

Nice little cabin. Looked a lot bigger on the images. It’s actually quite small but we enjoyed our stay.

Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Staying in Natalie’s place with my family of 4 plus our pet maltese felt like home. The condo was warm and inviting and had everything we needed. We all loved the location right next to Boulder Bay Park and literally a few steps to the lake. I am hoping to come back when it’s warmer and be able to launch my stand up paddle board so close to where I stay. Overall, had a lovely time, and appreciate Natalie’s kindness.
