Andy’s house is fantastic for a celebration weekend. Twelve of us stayed there comfortably and there is so much public space that it’s easy to do different things yet assemble for meals. The view from the conservatory and garden is stunning. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked well for him too. Andy and Joan were welcoming and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, and had a great time exploring the area. the space was easy to relax in, and had many options within a close walk. thanks for a great stay!

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at this place with our family and relatives. We were also very lucky to have nice, sunny and warm weather in Scotland which is rare. Hot tub was the plus.

Beth's place was quiet but still within walking distance to everything we needed. This is a great place for families and friends! The bus station is down the hill, making it a breeze to get to City Center. The train is a nice walk through the park. I highly recommend Beth's place😄

Cragowlet was a beautiful stay with big and beautiful rooms. Very specious and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom which is always a big plus. Brian as a host was wonderful! Helpful and ready to give guidence and advice for local activities if we needed it. Cragowlet was beautiful and we definitely want to go back if we're in the area again. Couldn't recommend more! 👌

The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Ross was efficient and friendly, quick response to messages. Very clean and a nice garden. Pub in the village has great food and friendly staff so would recommend that also Only issue we had was that we struggled with hot water in the showers sometimes. The water was either freezing cold or too hot in the upstairs double. Overall a cosy stay and we would definitely return!

Carole and her husband were extremely kind, responsive and helpful. They proactively shared with us informations on road closures, they also left us homemade shortbread and fudge upon arrival. The house is very spacious, cozy and great for bigger groups.

We had the most wonderful stay at the house. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed and home. Everything was perfect and we could also spend time in the garden. It's a very spacious house and we could relax perfectly. it was nice to light the fire in the fireplace and relax with some records in the evening. Thanks a lot Daniel. Highly recommend a stay.

Felt like home. We stayed at Braes Retreat for four weeks and we loved every minute. The location is great for travelling around Skye as it’s pretty central but it still has that quiet isolation that most people come to Skye looking for. The house has everything you need, it’s very clean and comfy and Iain and Ingrid are great hosts to help you out with any issues. As all the other reviews say, the garden is spectacular, the views are beautiful and it’s generally a really lovely place to stay.

Fiona was a wonderful host, very proactive and friendly. Beautiful fresh flowers and coffee, tea and biscuits were a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the views over the loch were lovely. There were also lots of good games and puzzles. The overall cleanliness could have been improved, in particular the kitchen but didn't detract from our stay. Thank you Fiona

Het is een heel fijn huis. Je kijkt prachtig uit over een riviertje en de tuin is heerlijk. Anita had ontzettend fijne tips om de omgeving te ontdekken. Ook werden we elke keer ontzettend lief begroet door de hond Alfie! We hebben enorm genoten!

Bunrannoch House was a wonderful find - stunning surroundings, very comfortable accommodation and everything we needed for a fab long weekend in the Highlands. The loch and village of Kinloch Rannoch are just a short walk away, with a corner shop and beautiful hotel/bar. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this place - perfect for a group of our size (16 adults).

My (now) husband and I were looking for somewhere unique to get married, we knew it was going to be a very small wedding and we seen this house on here and just fell in love with it. I messaged Angela and explained about wanting to hold our wedding here and asked if it would be okay, she was extremely quick to respond and allowed us to hold it there. It was pure perfection. I wish we could do it all over again!! The house itself is absolutely amazing. Rooms are huge, we loved having an en suite and being able to use it without having a child wanting us to hurry up as they needed something or wanted in to use it lol. I'd recommend this house to anyone and everyone. We will definitely be back again as it will always hold a very special place in our hearts ♥️

We loved Julie’s place! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Fort Augustus and a great base from which to explore the Highlands. The house is beautiful, incredibly comfortable and very spacious for the 6 of us. Julie provided a great welcome with treats and even crackers ready for our Christmas meal. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nice garden and plenty of space for parking. Very highly recommended, would love to come back.

Place was exactly as expected. We only had a short stay, but found all the amenities and space that we needed and expected from the listing. Connie and co hosts were great and were very responsive prior to our stay and throughout.

Strathspey was amazing! The home was beautiful! Loved all the decor and the views were stunning, even in the foggy, rainy weather conditions!! Very welcoming and comfortable! The hosts gave great recommendations for things to see and places to eat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
