Explore the local National Parks, lookouts and numerous walking trails nearby; perfect for family adventures or a private quiet getaway. Be entertained and enjoy the myriad of farm life or cosy in by the indoor wood fire. There's many novel experiences to keep kids occupied for a memorable and fun stay.

Absolute waterfront Beach House

A 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, just 20 metres from the water’s edge at high tide. Enclosed, all-weather entertaining area, a Lego activity table, gas BBQ, and fans, Pet and Child-friendly with a shaded, fenced outdoor area. Open-plan living with kitchen, dining, and lounge. Main bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe, and ocean views. Bedroom 2 overlooks Point Lowly Lighthouse. Main bathroom has a shower, bath, separate vanity, toilet. Front deck with secure glass fencing and undercover fenced parking.

Clare to Spalding character escape

Our guest suite is fully self-contained with kitchenette, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, spa and shared laundry. It is a new-build facility attached to the historic former Uniting Church in Spalding. The accommodation offers a relaxing overnight stay or respite for longer visits. Special features include the en suite spa bath, fully equipped kitchenette and laundry. We provide some food essentials: tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, milk, butter and condiments, however meals are not included.

“Boudaglen” is a beautiful 5 bedroom bungalow style country farmhouse near the town of Pekina, located on Ngadjuri Country. An easy drive from Adelaide, the setting is perfect for a weekend getaway for two families or a group of friends. There is plenty of space to unwind & relax be it indoors or outside. The house is situated on a working sheep and cropping property and is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Upper North. There is ample space to park large vehicles and heavy machinery.

Tommy Rough Shack

Tommy Rough will be your new home away from home! Perfect for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 with the use of sofa beds. Retro styling, updated amenities, and all the comforts from home - just downsized, slowed down, and simplified. Pets welcome, fenced and secure back yard. She’s a little “rough around the edges”, hence the name, but is safe, comfortable and charming. Your perfect couples getaway only 2 hours from Adelaide. Our place is a 1 km walk to the pub, shops, and Jetty.

Gladstone Country Retreat

Relax & unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway set on a rural block. Fully air-conditioned for year round comfort & plenty of verandah space to sit & watch the sunset. We have enjoyed re-purposing furniture and materials to create our comfortable, quirky cottage. You will find many retro curios alongside modern home comforts. Walking distance into Gladstone (1.2km) if you fancy a beverage or need to top up your cheese platter. A great base to kick off your Southern Flinders adventure.

Stallion Box, Bungaree Station, Clare Valley

The Stallion Box is one of several converted accommodation buildings located on Bungaree Station. Once the stallion's stable, this self contained studio cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple with a queen bed, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast provisions (e.g. eggs, bacon, juice, cereal) are included. Guests can explore the historic station, visit local wineries and other attractions or simply relax in front of the fire. Multiple night stays are discounted by up to 20%.

Flinders Family Getaway

This light and airy cottage is within walking distance to all the town facilities. It's a comfortable place for the whole family. You'll love the walks you can take after dinner and the rumpus room is the perfect place to sit by the Pot Belly Fire and watch a movie. If you're into mountain bikes, Melrose is one of the best attractions in South Australia. If you don't have a bike, you can hire them in town. We hope you love staying at our cottage as much as we do.

‘Margaret Villa’ Circa 1890

A fantastic location to explore local highlights I.e The Bluff, Wirrabara Forest, Wirrabara Silo Art, Wineries, Hikes, Bike Trails and more. The villa offers guests space to enjoy special time with family and friends both indoors and outdoors. It’s perfect for group getaways & can accomodate work conferences or retreats.

Cottage on Bridle

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Spectacular farm views on the doorstep of the popular 4WD Bridle Track, which provides extensive views of the Upper Spencer Gulf. This self-contained cottage is secluded and tranquil in an authentic country setting. In the Southern Flinders Ranges, it is the ideal base for a more isolated retreat or to be active with local mountain bike trails nearby.

Alex's Country House

Alex's house is located in the South Australian town of Laura in the southern Flinders Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, this gracious comfortable house has a relaxed feel with generous rooms, high ceilings and modern amenities. It is filled with books, art, trashy novels, board games and spaces to play them or watch tv and lounge in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

An easy drive from Adelaide; located between Port Augusta and Quorn, The Atco Hut is the perfect retreat for those who are wanting to explore the Flinders Ranges. Or for those who just want a relaxing weekend away.
