This cozy space is a perfect retreat for those wanting a mountain escape or a home base while you hit the slopes (less than 1 mile away) in the winter or the Blue Ridge Parkway for a drive or hike. Relax outside by a fire and enjoy your morning coffee outside listening to the creek. Nestled 5 miles from downtown Blowing Rock and Boone, you will feel like you're off the beaten path but close enough to all the amenities.

Dry Cabin w/ covered deck overlooking a rushing creek within 15-20 minutes of Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk & Blue Ridge Parkway. A great way to experience "glamping" where stunning nature meets modern luxuries. Located on 30 acres with the comforts of electricity, mini fridge, heat, WiFi, and cooking accommodations. Bathroom is only 30 yard walk. Sleeping space for 2 adults only. 1-2 small kids may be allowed with preapproval. AWD/4-wheel drive recommended December-March in case of snow.

Ski and snowboard in the Winter; hike, kayak, and swim in Spring and Summer; leaf peep in the Fall. Or, just enjoy a little peace and quiet as you relax on one of the cabin porches.

Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

The Loft is a 800 SQFT Rustic Urban Design with 1 Bedroom 1 Bath has an open floor plan, Large windows throughout the home with breath taking views of the Mountains and trees surrounding the Property. The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains only ten minutes from both downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski, and Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, this fully-equipped tiny house on wheels is a great spot for vacation or an extended stay in the Appalachians. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child).
