Great location in the middle of it all! We had two couples attending the masters and it was a great space. You can hear the bar below but bring a portable sound machine and it all goes away!

Super clean place with comfortable premium mattress. Location was perfect close to coffee shops and restaurants. We were there for an appearance on a tv show filming at lionsgate studios. Front door of the studio was less than a few hundred feet away!

This is a small suite above a garage. There is also a small living quarters attached to the garage. We saw the tenant there and shared a wave. We did not hear any sound from them during the day or night. The space was the most well equipped I have ever encountered in my many Airbnb stays. Snacks and drinks, bandaids, ibuprofen, you name it. Hairdryer and iron. The space itself is not fancy, but the bed was comfortable. Staying here is about the area, not the space itself. the Germantown neighborhood has walking trails and many nice restaurants, and is walking distance to the farmer's market and the State Capitol. The proprietor shares their recommendations and has some travel literature in the flat. Currently the Germantown Cafe has happy hour pricing all night on Mondays! We took advantage...

I think the loft is a fantastic place for a short stay. The location was super convenient to a lot of cool spots, and the free Q tram was an easy way to get downtown without a car. The place was filled with art and was comfortable. Note that the bed is in a nook so if you’re on the far side you have to crawl over the other person! The one improvement I’d suggest is to change the curtain you can close over the bed to a blackout one. As it is, it’s extremely bright. Also, be aware that when people (like groups of college students) gather by the elevator at night it can be quite loud because it’s just outside the door. But that only happened a couple times. And they quieted down when the cranky old lady (me) asked them to. Overall, great host and space!

Ellen’s loft apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Durham. Great space for two people - the loft area was very cozy, and the sofa bed was comfortable. A cool artist’s space in a great location downtown. Would definitely come back again!

It was a lovely location for my writer retreat. Chris offered me a slightly taller chair when I asked, which was quite helpful as I was working on my laptop with a second monitor. They were very generous and attended to my requests including a later checkout time. The kitchen, bathroom, and the living room were very very cozy and created an inspiring living experience, which I was looking for. They also had a really cool espresso machine which was fun to use in the mornings! The fireplace in the living room was easy to control with the remote and elevated the experience, made cozying up with a book at night a highlight of my stay. One con is that the noise of the road in front gets to the bedroom during the day but they provided earplugs which helped. At night I didn't have trouble sleeping but it is good to keep in mind if you sleep too lightly. Overall, I would definitely come back and recommend!

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. This place is in the best spot. Walkable to downtown restaurant and shops. The space is great with nice natural light. Parking was not hard as anticipated, was always able to find parking on the same block. Absolutely recommend this location.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!!! Loved the loft, Krog Street Market, and the greenspace outside. It was great to be so close to the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park— we loved our visit there! The loft was perfect for our group— lots of space, good kitchen, happy little balcony— and art supplies in the artist nook! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!!

My wife and I loved our short stay in this cozy loft! The homey feel of this spot paired with the scenic views of downtown Lynchburg are almost impossible to find, but this loft has both. The setup of each room makes for a perfect romantic getaway. As for our host, Michael went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that our stay was worthwhile. Even after leaving a couple of items behind, Michael allowed us to come back and pick them up several hours after check out. I would love to stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to others looking for something peaceful but close to things to do in the city.

Great location. Easy walk to the Gulch neighborhood and just a bit further to the action of Broadway. Parking garage was secure and easy access.

A fantastic stay in a warm and welcoming home close to great transport links, shops, coffee, lovely forest walks and also the river is only 15mins walk away, so a really nice place for long stays. The studio was warm and cosy, I rarely had to turn the heating on even in snowy weather as its so nicely insulated, the bed was super comfy, the kitchen really practical and the bathroom was the perfect size and set up. Very helpful hosts, and a great place for long term stays as you have privacy and it felt very homely, id 100% stay again, and the hosts were so helpful and lovely!

Clean, well equipped, and the perfect location in the old town, just two blocks from the Hotel Frontenac. Refrigerator, electric stove, newly remodeled unit/shower and shared laundry facilities on the same floor. A little bit noisy on Rue St. Louis but never disturbed my sleep. Comfortably sleeps one (maybe two). Directions to the apartment and access were made very simple. In summary: i would eagerly rebook.

Très beau séjour dans ce loft, à proximité de Tremblant et bien équipé! La communication avec l'hôte était aussi très facile.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au chalet de Roger avec ma soeur, pour les fêtes de Noël, et avons beaucoup aimé. Le logement est très propre, bien entretenu, avec du bon mobilier etc. La vue sur le lac enneigé était splendide. L’endroit est très calme. Je recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé 5 mois dans le studio de Mélanie et c’était une superbe expérience ! Proche du centre ville, de l’université, du lac et du Mont Bellevue, le studio est situé dans un quartier central, agréable et très bien desservi par les autobus. Mélanie est une hôte superbe, toujours disponible et présente pour nous aider. C’est avec un très gros pincement au cœur que nous avons quitté notre vie à Sherbrooke dans le studio Mont Bellevue. Cette expérience restera gravée dans nos cœurs.

Jamie was a great host and was very quick with communication. She gave us some great local suggestions. The location was excellent and we got along well without a car. Would recommend!
