We loved our stay at Port St.Joe. This was our first time to this area and it was like we had our own private beach. I have never seen so many sea shells. I was alittle worried about some of the reviews, but the house was just fine. It is directly on the beach and was clean and comfortable. If you have the chance to visit the State Park in Cape San Blas please rent kayaks and paddle in the Bay Area. Best money you can spend. The water is shallow and clear and beautiful. We will definitely be back and will rent this place again. The location was perfect and views were amazing! We spent most of our time on the covered deck. Best naps ever. My only regret is not staying longer!

My son and his family stayed here and had 7 children ages 13-newborn. It was perfect for everyone. The screened in porch allowed adults to sit and watch the kiddos play on the beach. The porch was close enough that the children could hear adults if we were speaking to them. The kitchen offered everything we needed. We had no issue with WiFi. Would certainly stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at Michael’s place.. we love the location and ocean front.. I can’t say enough about the area . Love the front porch and the privacy the place offers. Will def be back as soon .

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

My wife and I had an amazing week here. The sunrises are indescribable and the dolphins are so beautiful. Literally on the beach, walk down the stairs and you’re there. I was able to fish the surf caught a nice black drum. We will definitely return to this place. One of the most beautiful places I’ve been.

Very nice condo right over the water. They are recovering from Helene and there was some construction going on while we were there, which was not too disruptive. There is no beach directly in front of the house since it’s right over the water, but the beach is a very short walk away. The house was clean and just as pictured. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. and also plenty of beach chairs provided. We found the beds too firm and the pillows uncomfortable. We would stay again.

Had a great stay, close to the beach with beach chairs, towels, beach toys. We ate in all but one evening.. beach view is amazing.

Great place to stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of room for both of our families. House was right on the beach. Kids loved the water and beach. Great local seafood right down the road!

I brought my teenage daughters and my partner here during the girls’ spring break. We picked Maria’s place because we were looking for something just like what was described by her and in the comments of others who stayed there. In short, we wanted to stay in a home on the beach in a not crowded area, where there are plenty of outdoor activities but where we could be just as comfortable doing absolutely nothing. THIS PLACE WAS IT! Maria’s home is clean, spacious enough for 10 people to fit comfortably, with large living and kitchen areas and relaxing outdoor spaces including the decks, pool and beach. The views are spectacular. We didn’t swim on the beach in front of the house, but there are miles of gorgeous swimmable public beaches just up the road. We paid $6 to enjoy the amazing soft white sand and clear turquoise water at the state park further up 30E. Great restaurants in Port St Joe, just a 20 min drive. Maria was responsive and helpful! We loved staying here! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

We had an amazing stay at Doug and Lori’s place celebrating my 55th birthday! What a great place and location. We immediately felt right at home. There was fun pirate/beach decor throughout. All very well done! It was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the screened patio and the view of the pool is lovely! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recommend staying here and we definitely plan to stay again one day.

This place is a gem! The house has everything you need including pool, hot tub, large yard, a great dock for fishing and watching the dolphins or the sunset. The location is perfect; just far enough away from everything to be quiet and private but close enough for a trip to downtown Appalachicola for shopping and dining, St. George Island for the beach, or state forests for hiking. Sara was a great host, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place on the ocean. Plenty of outside seating areas for sun and shade. Saw dolphins almost every day. Grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and swimming in the ocean. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables and other outside games on the premises. Livia was very responsive to our questions. It was a great week!

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

Loved our stay! The house was beautiful and within walking distance to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed the pool at the main entrance to Windmark, the kids were able to walk from that pool to the pizza place and ice cream shop. They had live bands two of the nights we were there at the Mill Mercantile and Social in Windmark! Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for the kids to enjoy! Everyone was so nice, great communication with host and will definitely be going back!

Our family of four loved our stay at Nirvana! The location was perfect - steps away from the water, beautiful walking and fishing spots! The toys and amenities were so fun - paddling, biking, corn-hole, hot tub and sauna! The home was well stocked. The views of the sunrise and moon rise were spectacular! We’d definitely come back!

Beautiful home on private beach. Our second time here. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway

Saw lots of sea life - dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, otter, herons, eagles. We saw the dolphins swarming the fish. Awesome sight. Lots of deer in the park across the road. Plenty of privacy. House very spacious - plenty of storage areas. Lots of windows for viewing the gulf activity. Great deck.

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy widlife, sea, sun and beach with our 2 boys and we found Marcin's Sea La Vie House. That's was a perfect match. This house is very nice, well maintained, well equipped and well organized. I could spend all my time taking pictures of Dolphins and birds from the wonderful porch. We enjoyed being there and we will certainly be back.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

This was a great vacation home for us. The location was peaceful and uncrowded, we had the beach to ourselves during the week. It was great having the kayaks and paddle boards and beach toys available, so much fun trying our hand at those and exploring a little piece of the gulf with them. We also liked going out to the oyster bar when the tide was low and checking out all the cool hermit crabs and shells. The house itself was great. Clean and laid out well for our family of 8. Also easy to communicate with Huw. Overall great stay. You won't be disappointed if you book here and are looking for a break from the busy life right on the beach.

The townhouse was in a perfect location for the beach and loved being able to walk to several restaurants and stores. The townhouse had everything we needed for our beach vacation! Will definitely stay there again

We had a very relaxing time. The house was perfect for our family and it was nice to have many outdoor places to sit and sip coffee. The fishing was fun as there was lots of action. Mostly stingrays and catfish but we did catch a few reds. Lots of sea life for sure and the beach was very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!
