Our family had an unforgettable stay. It was like stepping into a fantasy movie! The kids were obsessed with the pool and water slide, and every part of the house felt like a new adventure: treehouse office, koi pond under glass, and of course... the giant Shrek guarding the castle pavilion! The space is beautifully designed, clean, and fully equipped with everything from kitchen gear to gym equipment and fun extras like bikes, pool table, and a punching bag. The beach is just a 3-minute drive away, very peaceful, lush, and absolutely beautiful. The only small challenge we had was finding some of the light switches & the fuse box when the AC tripped once—just a little tricky at first but easy to learn! Noi was an amazing host too! The house's caretaker also lives nearby & came over a few times when we needed to find a few things. She was thoughtful, helpful, and always quick to respond. If you're traveling with kids, this place is pure magic. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The house is very family friendly, close to the beach and the community is quiet. The resort staff are warm and kind.

This place is the most suitable for our big family gathering time. It's peaceful while still convenient to go to both Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this place!

een prachtige villa die met smaak is ingericht. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt zitten erin. Het is niet erg toeristisch in de buurt, dat maakt het wel wat authentieker. Er zijn verschillende lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Een scooter huren is wel een must in deze omgeving.

Nick‘s apartment is a awesome place to be if you’re looking for rather relaxed holidays at a beautiful beach off the beaten track. The apartment itself is in a good constitution, very spacious for a couple and contains all you need and even more. Especially the kitchen‘s equipment is extensive and far above average. Nevertheless, there are lots of excellent restaurants around, primarily at the beach road, which can be reached by walk or by using one of the resort’s bicycles. Nick is a great host, responds super fast and offers perfect support. We‘ll definitely return to this place.

the house is in a little fishing village, there is a great restaurant about 5-10min stroll from the house. there is a little shop but not much in there. you will need to hire a car to get shopping. but we just got basic water, drinks and snacks and eat out. prior to arrival Cindy arrange airport transfers too and from Bangkok. then as soon as we realised we needed a car Cindy arranged this for us and it was with us in a few hours. the house is set in the national park and is right on the beach. not suitable for swimming due to the water not getting very deep. the town 10 mins drive away has 7 eleven and supermarket. the main park beach has kayaks to hire. and loads of restaurants you are within 1 hour drive of the lotus ponds, 20 mins drive of the main cave and temple. there is also a great canal boat trip 10 mins drive. during our time we saw so much wildlife it was amazing. the highlight of the House is the balcony. Schöne Villa in einem Resort mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und vielen Dienstleistungen (Restaurant, kleiner Shop, Massage etc., Reinigungs- und Wäscheservice, Taxi, Ausflüge). Weitläufige Swimmingpools, die wir ausgiebig nutzten, da das Resort nicht am Meer liegt. Leider leiht das Resort keine Fahrräder mehr aus, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Motorrad oder Auto ist notwendig, weil das Resort etwas abgelegen liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Jack war ausgezeichnet. Fazit: Unser Langzeitaufenthalt war toll und wir haben gleich wieder gebucht.
