Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Zoe Junior Apartment

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Kastro traditional House is a Cycladitic stone wall house located on Saint Konstantinos / Frankish Castle area, a "must see" in Parikia's old town settlement. The best sunset view of Paros is like a picture in the bedroom's big window. The house is fully equipped, consisting of one bedroom, living room/kitchen , bathroom and a balcony with open view to Parikia's old town settlement and Paros port gulf.
