Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

There is plenty for you to explore in this quaint little neighborhood - lots of quiet streets for biking or walking - whether to visit the General Store for an ice cream cone or Smokey's Bar and Grill for the best BBQ ribs in the area! If you want a slightly longer venture you can visit the Coon Lake County Park.

Come stay at Sunset Bay, where the sky comes alive as the sun slips below the secluded tree line right out your back door. Here, your family can enjoy that much needed getaway on the near half acre lot, situated on a quite lakeside cul-de-sac. Cute mother-in-law suite in a newer townhouse neighborhood. Great area with biking trails, walking trails, shopping, and dining nearby. We live in a very culturally diverse neighborhood with plenty dining/grocery store options. 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, easy access to 610 freeway. Less than 5 miles from Arbor Lakes retail shops, with many more restaurants/specialty shops/grocery stores for anything you may need. Perfect for travel nurses also. This is a very safe area.

In downtown White Bear Lake. Walking distance to caribou, shops, restaurants & cupNcone. Home is an upper level with 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
