“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Accommodating up to 4 persons, it provides the perfect setting for families and small groups of people to enjoy the island’s unique beauty and sense of time-forgotten mystery.

Villa Rosa is a beautiful neoclassical style property situated in the Pitini area of Symi. Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. Offering generous & flexible accommodation the Villa spans 2 separate properties that can sleep up to 10, all set within a beautiful private garden with outside kitchen.

Nikolaos house is located in the upper part of Symi and was recently renovated to host up to 6 persons. The amazing view from the balcony gives you the opportunity to see the harbor and the beauty of the city in another angle. The house contains two bedrooms in the first floor, with each 1 double bed. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

On The Rocks is the perfect hideaway. Commanding an idyllic waterfront position in Nimborio, Symi's most exclusive residential area, roll out of bed and plunge into the Aegean Sea from your own perfect Greek Island fisherman's cottage. SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
