The place was perfect and we loved watching the sunrise over the bay every morning. Nice quiet neighborhood and great fenced in backyard for the dogs. The house was as described and looks like the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to come to the Annapolis area.

I loved Julia’s Arc. First time I Airbnb’d in a houseboat; won’t be my last. I loved this experience! Julia’s was inviting, comfortable, well appointed. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck but even sitting inside with the blinds up and the windows open afforded the sounds of the water while enjoying the view of the marina and boats. I wish I had more time here to explore more. This was exactly what I needed for some time alone.

We enjoyed our 6 days' stay at The Compass Rose. We are a Danish family, 6 adults and 4 children. The playground and playhouse was popular with 6-year old girl and 8-year old boy, as was the games room area with all 4 children. All of us loved the fireplace in the garden where we made s'mores in the dark, and the view of the lake from the house every morning was beautiful when the sun was appearing. Last but not least, we had great fun with the paddleboard and the kayaks. The house and surroundings was perfect for our family - an experience we shall always remember.

Christina's place was amazing. A perfect home away from home. Super clean, peaceful, and scenic. The check-in/out process was simple and smooth. 10 out of 10. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family chose this property not only for the proximity to the wedding venue (our son got married at the Harrington by the Bay) but also because we needed a big home. This is a beautiful old house that faces the Chesapeake bay with an incredible view that will not disappoint from the time you wake up to night time. Our family enjoyed every minute there. Sean and his co-hosts were communicative and we appreciated that. If you are in the area we recommend this home a is special place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay on Oyster Creek. It's a hidden gem. The views from all sitting areas were amazing -- elevated deck, Adirondack chairs on the lawn, hot tub under the deck, and rockers on the porch. Furnishings were modern, comfy and felt fresh. Kitchen had everything we needed. View from the primary bedroom was stunning!

The description of Joel's Annapolis home is an accurate description of his wonderful home. The most outstanding features of this property are: the waterfront location --> unobstructed panoramic views; serene setting on a quiet street and there are lots of other pluses. The house was super comfortable. Everything was in working order. I appreciated the workout equipment --> not lots of stuff but enough to get some indoor exercise that I like to do each day. Walking up and down the street --> neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is fabulous. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center of things to do and see in Annapolis. While we did not use much of the outside furniture, the outside furniture is plentiful and looks comfortable. A big thing for us is cleanliness --> the house is immaculate. We will probably make a return trip in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to stay here again.

Andy was an awesome host! He checked in with us in the mornings to see if we needed anything (via text). They also had some great recommendations for us since we were out-of-towners. Would not hesitate to book with Alice and Andy again if we are ever in the area!

The moment we walked in we fell in love with this place. Clean newly appointed kitchen, open floor plan, fireplace, pool table, big TVs, children’s games, toys, and wonderful view of Big Pond. Great for bird watching. Beds were great, everything labelled and organized very smartly. Quick response to communications. We cooked a big meal and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

We loved our stay here. It was a peaceful and beautiful respite! Sitting on the dock and around the fire pit were highlights!

We had a lovely stay at Heather’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and we felt taken care of. The porch with the view of the water and sunrises was so relaxing. Visiting during the off-season was peaceful, but there was still plenty to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway weekend.

The house was a perfect location on Cape St. Claire. Well furnished and comfortable. Susan is a great host.

I was staying at Yen’s place with my family and we had a amazing experience. The house is very beautiful with a beautiful landscape view. She was very responsive and kind. She helped us in any way she could. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Maryland.

House was perfect for our needs. Was close to Herrington Harbour on the Bay where we were attending a wedding. Would recommend highly.

What an absolute treat to stay at the Cottage at Whitehall. We had such a lovely time, we stayed an extra day! Ty & Susie are gracious hosts and we were so excited to get a tour of the mansion and explore the grounds. The private beach at the back of the cottage is phenomenal, please take the canoe out - or even go for a swim. The sand is silky and soft, it was like a giant swimming pool nearly all to yourself. My husband enjoyed the canoe immensely (the waves scare me, so it wasn’t too much for me / but if you canoe out on the Meredith River it’s much calmer). If you fish - bring your fishing gear!! (Check local laws first, of course) Absolutely do not hesitate to book here if you have the chance, highly recommended 😍

Melanie was a great host and our stay was comfortable. The cottage was clean, cozy and all amenities provided. The beach is just a short walk from the cottage, and shopping and restaurants are plentiful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Thanks, Melanie!

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. We could have stayed for a month. The place is beautiful and squeaky clean. The owners have gone through a lot of effort to make the place comfortable and cozy and inviting. We got in late so the next morning when I woke up and walked into the living room area I was shocked by the most beautiful view through the sunroom out over the water. The sunroom is huge with Windows all around. We had baby deer and Canadian geese come right up to the windows. Teresa supplies everything you need and checks on you frequently to make sure. Communication was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this place.
