Perfect location for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Everything about the stay was perfect and exactly as described/expected. We alternated between cooking in the AMAZING kitchen and eating at host recommended restaurants in North Beach. The house is located close enough to town if you choose to eat out (barely 5 minutes) and an acceptable drive to major grocery stores (15 minutes) if you opt to cook a few meals. The house was spotless. Hosts are super responsive and incredibly nice. Highly recommend staying at Bell Estates. Thank you, Daniel, for the perfect long weekend with my family!

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

I was coming into town to visit my dad and Blair’s place was perfect for it. It was winter so I didn’t get to enjoy the beach, but the town was small and cute. Blair left tons of recommendations. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Definitely want to come visit in the summer to take advantage of the beach!

Justin's house was such a great spot for a fun weekend trip with friends and our kids. The space was warm and inviting, very clean, and had great amenities. Justin was also incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout, helping to make it a great visit.

This air b&b is in a beautiful setting with plenty to do (kayaking, hot tub, fire pits, bird watching, etc). It's also very centrally located so we could easily get to more populated areas in no time. The most stunning part of the house is the master suite in my opinion which is on the upper level (the upper level is shared with another apartment, but you don't really hear the air b&b tenants of this suite and it's completely separate with a separate entrance). Stunning views from both the master bedroom and the bath tub in the master suite! The downstairs is also quite lovely with two regular bedrooms, one small bedroom, and a sun room that has a pull out couch (we didn't use it). It's a lovely house to entertain in. It has personal photographs to the owner downstairs that speak to the family's history. The owner is communicative. The overall experience was quite lovely. We'd be happy to return.

The place is wonderful. We were down for Thanksgiving with my family and were travelling with our 2 dogs, Wally & Dolly. The location was perfect, close to Riviera Beach where our Family Thanksgiving Dinner was, very private, no noise or distractions for the dogs (that was great). The property was surrounded by water on three sides, great views! It is right next to Ft. Smallwood Park where we took the dogs for walks every day, they loved it. As for the house it was perfect for us, just about the size of our home, so that made it very comfortable for us. All one level, which made it great for us older people. It was furnished with very comfortable furniture. Lots of information about the local surroundings, things to do, and restaurants. Keith was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with which made the whole process very easy for us. We even had a conversation over the phone once we were in the house to make sure everything was to our liking, and we were happy !

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa’s place. As soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. She has thought of every possible thing you could need while there. The views were absolutely magnificent and while the beach area is available to the public, it felt super private. My daughters and I plan to come here every year. I had to peel them away from the bay. Melissa, thank you for accommodating us. This was a weekend my girls and I desperate needed and your home was the perfect place to have peace and intentional quality time. Thank you so much!!

Breathtaking bay beauty provided me with well-needed peace and relaxation. Even though we spent our days running up and down both sides of the Chesapeake, we were able to come back to our centralized Stevensville to this wonderful property. I spent early mornings and sunset-filled evenings bathing in the views of both the bays and creek on the side. The studio, though small, is comfortable for 2. The bathroom is great! Andy and Rachel are friendly and made themselves practically invisible, unless we sought them out, during our stay. There are a variety of restaurants within 20 minutes, most with a water view. DiPaolo's bagel shop is a gem, with a variety of fresh bagels I have never tried...you can watch them being made! We bought delicious sandwiches there both days. We would gladly return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Andy and Rachel!

This guesthouse is situated right on the water in a quiet, private neighborhood that is located close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation. The ambiance is relaxed, and we immediately felt at home. The decor is stylish in the gorgeous kitchen, and the heated bathroom facilities are spacious and accommodating. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the living room faces large windows and a continuous view of the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay in this location and highly recommend this property. We hope to visit again when we are in the area.
