Quiet location but also closer to the local highway. Comfortably fit three adults or two adults with two children. Since we noticed few parties already. Please be aware that we don’t accept any parties. Maximum four people, five the most if you have children

Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.

The Durning House Cottage

Tall trees and a quiet front porch with a country feel. This cottage is the perfect place to stay! Just a 3 minute walk to downtown Van Alstyne where you can shop at the cutest boutiques. Or you can stop in and eat at the great restaurants or food trucks in the Social District in downtown Van Alstyne. There’s a local taproom within walking distance too!
