Quiet location but also closer to the local highway. Comfortably fit three adults or two adults with two children. Since we noticed few parties already. Please be aware that we don’t accept any parties. Maximum four people, five the most if you have children

Or you can stop in and eat at the great restaurants or food trucks in the Social District in downtown Van Alstyne. There’s a local taproom within walking distance too!
