The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. The apartment is a recently renovated space in our lower level with a separate entrance at the rear of the house in a quiet residential northside Ann Arbor neighborhood. As you enter the space, there is a shared laundry/mud room. You then enter the apartment through a locked french door off the laundry. There is a family room with queen size futon and TV, a large bedroom with queen size bed and closet, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and coffee maker, and a full bathroom.
