My family stayed here for a long weekend. The house listing was accurate. It was great that they had a high chair and a pack and play available for our youngest.

Beautiful, clean, lots of room for my extended family. Will definitely book again. Well stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels.

We stayed here for a cheer competition at the fairgrounds. It worked out perfectly to not fight the parking lots and were able to walk across the street! It was a great location and close by to things we are interested in. House was well kept, nice and clean! The neighbors were very friendly as well. Thanks for the great stay!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted extra room to be able to relax. We were able to have some home cooked meals, the kids were able to burn off steam, and everyone got a good nights sleep! Hosts were prompt and friendly with a water heater issue and were flexible with our checkout time when we got tournament details late in the evening. Would recommend and stay again!

Had a great stay at Jackie’s home. It’s was very clean and cozy. Our pups loved the backyard!

Great location. Close to Drake Univ neighborhood and a stone's throw from the highway and minutes to about anywhere you want to be in Des Moines! Cozy, comfortable, spacious and amenities were stocked! Would stay again!

Greg’s place was an amazing value for the price. A nice, no-fuss apartment with a pretty backyard and garden in a semi-private neighborhood. Greg greeted me and offered to help with bags. He also made sure to remind me to grab the garage door opener! The apartment was clean and had its own sense of whimsy. Wall AC is a bit loud, but that’s how they all are. The garage is a tight squeeze to park in, but so accommodating of Greg to allow its use. Being a single female traveler, I felt comfortable interacting with Greg - the little I did - and he seemed very kind and had positive energy. If you’re looking for all of the frills, this place may not fit the bill (which will be much larger, by the way), but for a couple or single person to stay in a practical place, Greg’s apartment is spectacular. Has all the necessities and is a better deal than a hotel any day of the week.

Perfect size for two people for a weekend getaway. the neighborhood felt safe and there were a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores that we were able to walk to in 10-15 minutes.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Becky’s place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made it a perfect spot to relax. There were plenty of things to do nearby, and we enjoyed exploring the area. Becky was very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. We did have a small issue with the door, but she was quick to help and made sure everything was taken care of. The space felt cozy and comfortable—just like home. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

The unit was bigger & nicer than I anticipated. Will definitely stay there in the future! Other than the initial confusion with finding the entrance everything was perfect! Host meet me to check in. He was also very responsive to messages and he even extended my checkout to coincide with my flight departure

Dan's place is great for anyone looking to stay in downtown Des Moines. Being located next to 801 Grand makes it a short walk to the Western Gateway area, Court Avenue and even the East Village. The unit was just as described, and Dan was easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Jeffry’s place was great!! It was a great location with lots to do in a walkable distance! It was also a walkable distance to the location of our concert which was super nice! The location also felt super safe which was great. The apartment was clean and well kept. Jeffry was super communicative and gave clear instructions about everything. He made sure to check in with how our stay was and was willing to give recommendations about whatever we needed! Wonderful place!!

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

I booked Kyles place at 9:30 @ night, thats pretty last minute, didnt phase them, even when i had a hard time figuring out how to get the keys out of the lockbox, Kyle answered and got me right in, it was beautiful and peaceful, just what i was looking for, thank you Kyle :)

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Perfect location. Perfect home for a small group. Perfect home away from home. Would definitely book again if I returned to Des Moines. The home had everything you needed…extra linens, all kitchen appliances, and a washer & dryer. The host is also super responsive and willing to assist with any issues.

We had a great experience! The location was prime for bars, restaurants and sights of downtown Des Moines. Very walkable, right in the heart of the action. Justin was very responsive and provided very clear and helpful instructions for getting in and how to park. The space was clean, had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for individuals who work in health care, two hospitals are less than ten minutes away and one is within walking distance. As for safety, there's literally 3 locked doors to go through before you enter the apartment. When I was leaving, I wanted to take the bed with me, it was so comfortable it made getting up difficult.
