We absolutely love living in this house. It made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed. All we had to do was order food or grocery shop. This is a very unique house as well as a giant house. Everything was clean and it was peaceful. I will definitely consider coming back to this place if I need to.

Molly was a great host and very helpful when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our family. Her home was very clean, the furniture was really comfortable, and the home was on an active farm surrounded by beautiful and peaceful farm land. The home is also only about 10 minutes to Adel which has a cute little downtown area with several resturants and only about a half hour to the West end of Des Moines which had a lot of shopping and activity. It was a perfect stay for us.

Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a get-away in the Des Moines area. Just a short trip out of Des Moines and well worth it to get away from the city. This place had everything we needed for our guys weekend — pool table, darts board, foosball table, etc. 10/10.

this was a great place to stay! it is a little secluded as well and very peaceful. very clean and david had clear instructions for check in. plenty of towels and blankets for everyone, it was stocked with anything we could need!

Seth saved our trip! We had a last minute change in our schedule, and in less than 30 minutes Seth was able to confirm our booking. We feel so lucky! We are so appreciative and the house is beautiful! Way bigger than expected, and super clean. Would stay again!

I would 100% recommend this place. Very comfortable bed, very spacious and the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The facilities at the building are great. Several really good restaurants, bars and breweries within a very short walk….a few right across the street. There is an entrance to the Skywalk about 2 blocks away which takes you all over the downtown area. Check in/out was very easy and the host was so nice to communicate with. A perfect place to stay!!!

My daughter and I visited the Pella Tulip festival and wanted to extend our trip so we came here to see/hike the high trestle bridge & visit the arboretum. Renee’s place was great for our visit! Easy to find & get in, the place was super cozy and comfortable! Private outdoor space with the balcony was nice. The bathroom was clean and functional. The kitchen has everything we needed - a stove/oven with plenty of cookware, fridge & microwave, coffee maker, plenty of dishes. Beds were comfortable with good blankets and pillows. The only negative I found was that the keys were a little difficult to lock/unlock door. I would recommend and return!

Three rooms- no door to separate basement space from upstairs but me and my kitties stayed in one room. Suzy was very nice and welcoming. Very much appreciated the stay.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the convenient location. The apartment met all expectations per description and photos. The hot tub was an added bonus. We really enjoyed this place and would love to stay again. Highly recommend to others.

It was a spacious ground level portion of a duplex that was perfect for our stay! Easy to find and great spot within the city, near Drake U and a row of restaurants. On a great street with large older homes that were well kept. Would definitely stay there again!

A clean and comfortable apartment with all the amenities appropriate for a stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was very well done. The host is very responsive. Would definitely recommend it over any other hotel in West Des Moines

It was a great place to stay for a wedding weekend. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy some hiking. Also appreciated the snacks and water and the hosts allowing dogs (the dogs were part of the wedding party so we needed them with us).

Everything was as expected, Jeremy was very informative. Fast to answer any questions and very accommodating to our girls wrestling team. We would definitely rebook if he would have us again thank you.

If u need to scape from the city it’s perfect. Peaceful and easy to find. Just point out I found an insect on my bed I can’t identify what it was but it’s a place inside the woods I’ll say so understandable. Overall ok.
