The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

Great base for exploring Cairngorms, Grampians, east coast beaches & harbours, golf courses, scenic & wildlife photography, astronomy, walking, cycling, or relaxing in your own space. Open-plan Living Room/Dinette/Kitchenette, ONE Bedroom, Shower/Toilet. Pets very welcome. Sorry but not suitable for young children.

It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.
