A great deal. The apartment is spacious and airy. Though the water is distant, there is a lovely view from the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. We also much appreciated that it was very quiet, especially on mornings we wanted to sleep in.

We have been traveling to Anguilla for over 30 years, Kimberly’s home is the most beautiful we have stayed in. The living/dining room space is expansive with double story ceilings and surrounded by a furnished balcony with views of St Maarten and the soothing sound of waves. The kitchen is outfitted for at least 10, thoughtfully organized with everything needed for eating in. The seating area is comfortable and sophisticated. Kimberly is a gifted host and her local caretakers were available and very helpful. The lovely woman who cleans the house is super. The Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and generously decorated with quality bedding and abundant towels. Cannot recommend Kimberly’s home with more praise, we had such a happy time at Sea Heaven!

Our stay at Southern Comfort was great! The villa has everything you need. The view is unbelievable! Waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset was our favorite part. There are incredible views of St Martin and St Barths. The villa is in a private neighborhood and very peaceful. Renting a car is a must! Shoal bay beach and most restaurants are about a ten minute drive away. We loved our stay! Big thank you to Joyce, who manages the property and helps with anything you need while there.

Our anniversary getaway at Breeze’s place was pure magic. From the moment we booked, Breeze made everything effortless—quick messages, spot‑on directions, and thoughtful tips that let us settle straight into vacation mode. The house itself? Even more stunning than the photos. Tucked away for total privacy, yet easy to find, it struck the perfect balance between island‑style open living and cozy comfort. The host, Breeze, truly lives up to her name—generous, responsive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel cared for. We left refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for a special hideaway that feels like you’re on a different planet, book this!

This is a lovely home base for exploring the island. The villa has ample space inside, equipped with all you need for a tranquil stay. The large patio is a great place to watch the sunrise, sunset, and the turtles and birds that pass by. We felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Maria and her daughter Katie were wonderful hosts--genuinely warm and welcoming. Beautiful swimming beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc are within a short drive. We hope to return in the future!

Kelita was the perfect host. Upon entering the space, we realized that the home was much larger than the pictures let on. The terrace overlooking the ocean was very spacious and grand with lots of seating. Both bedrooms were generous in size, and both beds were very comfortable. The fridge was pre-stocked with some basic breakfast foods. Kelita’s friendly staff cleaned the apartment and provided fresh towels every day (except Sunday) and were very helpful in offering dining suggestions and providing general assistance when needed. Although the amenities and fixtures weren’t new, everything was kept in perfect working order. Although Shoal Bay is a beautiful beach, we did end up renting a car (Kelita also helped us locate a good and easy rental) so that we could explore other, more quiet beaches over the course of our stay. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and are grateful to Kelita and her staff for all their efforts.

Gayle's place was all we expected and more. We were greeted by the caretaker, Lyn. Lyn is a sweet local lady that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was the little things that Lyn did that made our stay extra enjoyable. She was at the property waiting for us upon arrival. She walked us through the property and made sure we had everything we needed. After the first night, we mentioned the water pressure was a little low in the shower. We came back that day and it was fixed. Lyn replaced tea lights on the patio, supplied us with fresh towels, and a host of other little details that made our stay extra special. I highly recommend Chinaberry Villa! Thank you Gayle and especially Lyn for your wonderful Anguillan hospitality. We'll be back!

Get preapproval first! Take your Covid test 3 days in advance ! St Martin requires 3 days in advance !!! You must get tested again before you leave Anguilla in order to travel back through St Martin ! No more than 48 hours in advance. Anguilla will test you again when you arrive and you will have yo do a 12 hour quarantine!!! Plan for an extra day! Make sure you catch the boat to visit Sandy Island and Scilly Key Island! You can catch the boat on Sandy Ground for 20 bucks! Anguilla had the best beaches in the world !!!
