Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Our cabana is an hour drive from the city of Houston and a 20 minute drive to Sandy Surfside Beach. A 9 minute drive takes you to the heart of Angleton, where you get to enjoy local restaurants, and shopping.

This house has many features including a place to park your RV with an outside plug, a full kitchen with new appliances, 2 TV's, computer desk, washer dryer, central AC/Heat, an electric fireplace, and a beautiful screened in front porch.
