A quick 15 minute drive to both UCONN and Eastern, the property is both secluded, but not too far from the beaten path. Walk a 1/2 mile to a lovely meandering waterfall, or walk for miles if you love a good hike. Just 15-min drive to Manchester, Vernon, UCONN Storrs; only 30-min to Hartford, casinos, airports.
