This was one of the very best places we have stayed. It’s tucked back into an older neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want. JP goes above and beyond setting up a welcoming environment. It’s the little things that stand out like a welcoming basket and beverage, toiletries for those unexpected needs, a bookshelf amply stocked with a variety of books and games. Any and everything has been thought of, right down to the s’mores box! It also boasts a great outdoor grill! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and there are blankets to curl up with in the living room! The kitchen is also amply stocked with all the comforts of home. Just be careful of the refrigerator ice dispenser, it comes out fast, and we found ourselves cleaning it off the floor all too often! We plan to visit the area in the future and are hoping JP’s place will be available! We’d rent it in a heart beat! Many, many thanks to our host, they were the tops! We just can’t say enough good about them!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean and exactly what we needed— cozy and comfortable. Creed was incredibly welcoming and personable in her messages, making us feel right at home before we even arrived. Her communication was excellent, and she provided all the details we needed for a smooth stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Oak Ridge.

This is an old farmhouse from like 1905 or something, it’s been fully remodeled with very nice features. The beds were comfortable, the area was peaceful and there’s a great fire pit area. There is plenty of parking for large trailers and vehicles. The location is perfect for jeeps and SXS’s to get to Windrock. It retains a lot of the old school charm while having plenty of rooms, bathrooms and a nice communal area. The owner left enough fire wood for a couple decent fires so that was nice, not sure if that’s standard or not. There’s a lot of cameras outside which we didn’t really mind since it gave a little sense of security with the vehicles and stuff, but honestly it was very nice and it’s a pretty decent area. I would recommend for sure and we will stay again. The owner was very helpful and responsive. 5 stars!

The home was very accommodating and close to many restaurants and shopping centers

This is a beautiful place to stay! Convenient location, easy parking, and in a nice neighborhood. Very comfortable beds and plenty of seating in living room area. Home decor gives a fresh and airy feel, wonderfully designed!!! Last but not least home was exceptionally clean literally, no complaints!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area. The home is on a beautiful peaceful property, (if you don't mind roosters next door), especially with spring and everything starting to bloom. It is spacious and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds are very comfortable. The host is quick to respond and helpful with any questions! We have boys in college in the area and love to visit and this feels like our home away from home! Look forward to our next visit!

This was a difficult trip for our family; we drove 10 hours to get here (and 12 hours home!) as this is near where our mother is staying in hospice care for end of life care. This place was a sanctuary for us - it was so peaceful and beautiful; it was isolated enough but within 15 minutes to access anything we could need; we felt safe allowing our kids to play outside without fear of dangerous traffic, etc.; it was spacious and super clean, and it had every appliance and amenity you could possibly need to feel at home (the coffee bar is amazing!!!); the beds and pillows were so soft. Stephanie was empathetic, and also proactive with instructions; instructions were clear, detailed, and concise; her quick and clear communication truly allowed this trip to be as anxiety free as it could have been. We felt so comfortable here; this was truly a home away from home for us, and we were so grateful. I would highly recommend their place, it was a 10/10 trip, home, and experience.

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

Overall our stay was great! the house is definitely accommodating for larger groups at that price point. Wesley was very respectful and responsive and made you aware if he wasn't available to speak at the moment. He reached out as soon as he was able. The house is nice and within a few minutes of about anything you would need.

This location served our needs very well, we were not in the unit for much time. The location is very convenient to the interstate and restaurants in the area. You have 2 parking spaces off the street, however, some of the neighbors speed making it difficult to back out.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at John’s house while in town for a music festival! He generously accommodated some friends of mine for a night, and was very responsive and kind. The main bed was comfortable and the space was simple, clean, and quiet - everything I needed for a short stay outside of Knoxville!

Very inviting and spacious apartment. Decor around the apartment gave a feeling of being home. Apartment is close to several restaurants and stores. William met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered our questions.

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

Chris’ place was very cozy and homelike. Wish we could’ve have stayed longer but it was already booked. Everything was clean and my kids were happy. The work space was a plus and also the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials. I would highly recommend staying here. I’d definitely come back as well!

Summers apartment was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and not far at all from downtown Knoxville and the zoo. The downstairs neighbors were occasionally loud but not through the night. The area was overall pretty quiet. It was a little hard to find the actual building at first but once we found it, it was simple to find the apartment and parking spot. Would 100% stay again.

Very beautiful location, condo was very nice and clean. We had one problem with the dishwasher but the host/owner was all over it. responded quickly and worked around our schedule to get the problem resolved. highly recommend!

Clean and cozy, has all the amenities and stylish. The bed was comfy and the WiFi fast. The coffee was strong and the location was close to Y-12 for my business trip.

Can't say enough about how great a host Cat is. She responded incredibly quickly to questions and provided answers that were thoughtful, warm and addressed the information completely. The place was perfect for our purposes, four people in town for a music festival. Everything was clean and welcoming, with great touches. One of us stayed on the foldout in the living room, which worked very well. We loved the check-out instructions, which essentially told us to not do a thing because we were on vacation. I would stay there again without question.

Very pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Very good functionality/use of space. Amenities all worked great, easy parking, comfy beds, pillows, etc. Would definitely considered returning here for next Knoxville trip.

Mark's place was wonderful. My husband was working in the area and it was so nice to come home at night and be quiet and peaceful. Beautiful place, definitely would love to stay there again.
