The Baby Bear "unit" is the second-story apartment above our detached garage. It is fully open concept with the only doors being entrance from outside and to bathroom. The bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, work space, and reading nook are all open and connected through hallways or open space. Please note, I live in the main house across the driveway, and we occasionally have renters using the basement apartment of the main house as well.
