We absolutely loved this place and have stayed a couple times. Its always clean and welcoming the host is very friendly and the area is just beautiful!!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

Chris’ place was very cozy and homelike. Wish we could’ve have stayed longer but it was already booked. Everything was clean and my kids were happy. The work space was a plus and also the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials. I would highly recommend staying here. I’d definitely come back as well!

We didn’t know we were staying over a college ball weekend. Kathy did not price gouge like so many do and we were able to stay for a great time at an affordable price! They were incredibly flexible on check in time which allowed us to drop our belongings and make our pup comfortable before checking out the city. We drove as well as used Uber and found our rides efficient and low cost. All of this would sell me for another trip BUT our just provided a top notch experience. They offered laundry supplies, bath supplies, entertainment options and more. This is a no brainer

Summers apartment was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and not far at all from downtown Knoxville and the zoo. The downstairs neighbors were occasionally loud but not through the night. The area was overall pretty quiet. It was a little hard to find the actual building at first but once we found it, it was simple to find the apartment and parking spot. Would 100% stay again.

Very beautiful location, condo was very nice and clean. We had one problem with the dishwasher but the host/owner was all over it. responded quickly and worked around our schedule to get the problem resolved. highly recommend!

Kathy is a great host, The place is clean and spotless. Perfect for a short or long trip. Had no problems and if an issue did arise Kathy was on it and ready to help with a solution. As long as you respect her and the place, your trip will be amazing.

Clean and cozy, has all the amenities and stylish. The bed was comfy and the WiFi fast. The coffee was strong and the location was close to Y-12 for my business trip.

Perfect location for rod runs, quiet while still being extremely close to the main strip. Will hopefully be getting this same place for fall

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

This place was great!! Beautiful Airbnb for a great price. Walkable distance from old city which was a huge perk! Snacks were generously provided and place was very clean, safe, private, and well kept!! 10/10 experience, I would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

Our first time in Knoxville—and what a great intro! This loft puts you right in the heart of Old Town with a super cool, exposed brick vibe. It’s stylish, clean, and private, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Yes, it can get a little noisy at times with the bars and restaurants nearby, but that’s part of the charm when you’re staying in such a lively and convenient location. Walking everywhere was a breeze. We absolutely loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay if you want to experience pigeon forge. Super close to the island. Walking distance from there and great restaurants

The apartment was cute, clean, and filled with amenities. It was comfortable and warm with a nice view and lots of daylight. Having parking was an added bonus. If I’m going to be objective, the shower was small for some people’s standards (not mine however, it was fine) and it takes just a bit to get hot. Otherwise, great stay. Would spend the night here again.

Everything was really great my Grand Kids really enjoyed the view and their room We all rent again if available

Fantastic place to stay in Gatlinburg! Kathy was an amazing host, she even fulfilled my valentine’s request!! If you have the ability to rent this then it’s a no brainer. The road up is a bit sketchy but well worth the views. Nothing against the host, but the hot tubs at the complex bleached my girlfriend’s purple bathing suit and burned our skin. Don’t recommend getting into those but you won’t need to with how awesome gatlinburg and the apartment itself is!

Easy process, great location near everything, and lovely, large space. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

We sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the beautiful peaceful river view. Very comfortable and clean home with everything you need. Jackie was very helpful and accessible. Convenient location. Definitely recommend this condo.

Great condo and great location. Just a couple miles from hiking the Smoky’s or chilling in the River. Bring a bike and you won’t need to drive to restaurants or the river thanks to the long bike trail that runs throughout Townsend. This is our new go to stay for our Townsend spring trip.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
