There are 2 bedrooms, 1.1/2 bathrooms and a futon couch in the living room. There is a full kitchen upstairs, 2 TVs, hard line telephone, and wifi. The Home has a nautical theme. It is very warm and cozy and central to all the fun stuff along the coast: beaches, fishing, diving, artsy towns, whale watching, lighthouses, wineries, golf, Welcome, and enjoy our paradise

Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

The Bluffs at Sea Ranch - Expansive Ocean Views

At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Our vacation home is close to the village of Anchor Bay and the town of Gualala. This area of California coast is a hidden gem, where quiet and peace prevail. The home is nestled in the woods but minutes away from countless beaches and spectacular coastline. There are restaurants and dining nearby, plus family-friendly activities, and certainly this is also a truly romantic getaway. Our vacation house is good for couples, families (with kids) and friends looking for a place to connect.

It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day.
