Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Stargaze

Kick back and relax in this stylish and modern space. High ceilings and new finishes highlight this large one bedroom residence. The main living area is open concept with a breakfast bar and space to relax (or do yoga, etc.). All appliances are modern (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher). The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an on demand water heater. No steps to entry or inside make this a very accessible, level-in dwelling. The living room opens to a private, redwood fenced yard.

The Bluffs at Sea Ranch - Expansive Ocean Views

At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. Steep driveway and ladder to loft limit accessibility. For the young adventurer!!
