Entourée de « Guanchiche », les tavernes typiques dans lesquelles les locaux aiment goûter aux produits du terroir et aux vins de petits producteurs servis en pichet. Où les gens de la terre se déplacent encore en « tracteurs locaux ». Où on rencontre les gens du pays.
