Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The studio has separate entrance, with water and sink, kichenette, refrigerator, combi microwave with grill and an electric appliance for pizzas, (but not with stove). Twee bedrooms separate by the living room, each bedroom has a bathroom, also you have your own private garden. Our studio is easily accessible by car and public transport. It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed, neither in the garden.

It is located in the north area of Amsterdam. only 5 km van A'DAM Lookout, 8 km from Rembrandthuis en 8,1 km from Stopera. there is a nice view on the river and the small nature area at the back of the house and free WIFI.

Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
