Air BNB fees are included in the nightly fee for this clean and comfortable home on Aberdeen Lake & Tenn-Tom Waterway. We boast fishing, wildlife and peace and quiet with your stay. You have a screened porch facing the water, a cozy electric fireplace, pier, fenced yard, rockers, a swing, fire pit, and gas/charcoal grills. Lakeside getaway situated right on a 24-acre, private lake that you'll have all to yourself. Beautiful large pine trees line the driveway and inside hunting mounts line the walls. Guests are welcome to fish, swim, and paddle the canoe and kayak around the lake. The lake is well stocked with bass and bluegill. Great place for a family vacation and pets are welcome too! Starlink WiFi provided. The property is 45min north of Mississippi State and 30min south of Tupelo.
