Wheeling home with a view away from everyone

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Cozy cabin offers open floor plan with covered porch overlooking small pond on our property. Uniquely decorated. Views of woods & fields, but close to numerous restaurants, parks & walking trails, & TRAX Farms. The Trolley to Pittsburgh is two minutes away. Should you need single night accommodation, please message me for consideration. "Ginseng House" - Our premiere off-grid tiny house! A hand-crafted work of art using our own sawmill lumber. Beautiful wooded setting surrounded by 180 acres of private land and two miles of beautiful Buffalo Creek frontage to enjoy. Centrally located to shopping, adventure, both WVU campuses, & fine dining will fill your day. End your day by the fire pit watching the sunset behind the mountains in a picturesque view.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
