The villa was exactly like the photos, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. The pool was great for children, it provided enough shade to allow them to enjoy it without constantly having to reapply cream. We had pool heating (in April) and it was a lovely temperature. Bryan was so helpful and quick to reply answering all our questions both before and during our stay. It is a perfect place for a family holiday!

Perfect location to all things downtown Dunedin! Access to breweries are steps away. Very clean.

Felt right at home! All 7 of us slept, relaxed and enjoyed the surroundings and the quiet patio/neighborhood! Mykel’s home was spotless with lots of extras. Perfect location to visit the Bend and Antelope Canyon.

This house looked exactly like the pictures, and the description was spot on. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. It was also conveniently located—not too far from stores and restaurants, so everything I needed was within reach.

Location: Fabulous location near restaurants and shopping and attractions. The beach is a few blocks away, so it was an easy stroll even with a dog in tow. Although close to the loval amenotoea, the location was also on a very quiet residential street. Fort Fisher and Kure Beach are a very short drive away. A ferry at Fort Fisher will take you to Southport, a very sweet port town. The freshest bite I had was at Sandspur. All of the salad ingrediemts were local. Pet Friendly: Absolutely great. The nearby lake is one block over and has the perfect loop for morning walks. It was about a 20 min. loop. Adjacent rentals are located so that the entrances are partitioned. Even when another dog arrived it was never a problem coming and going, since the dogs never engaged. Carolina Beach allows dogs to visit on leash before 9AM and after 5 PM. This worked very well for me. Space: Simply designed and efficient. Cute space. Hosts: Very Responsive and considerate.

Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

Host was responsive all the time, she made me and my family feel like home, the place was very clean and accessible, address was clear and she helped me with everything, hope I can visit this place again soon !!

We stayed at Brad's place for 3 nights, and it proved to be the perfect base to explore the great city of Chicago. The Chicago L and the incredible neighbourhood of Wicker Park are only a short walk away. The place perfectly suited our needs, and we were glad to come back to the apartment after sightseeing as it felt like home. Brad was super responsive, and our questions were answered incredibly quickly. Delighted that we stayed here for our trip.

This unit was great to stay in as I was visiting Atlanta for the first time for 3 nights. Having private entrance, parking within view, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer made it feel like a home away from home. I was able to go out and also enjoy relaxing time at home. The hosts are very responsive to any questions through the app. Their instructions to find the house and unit and for checking out are very clear and reasonable. The location is also great as you can walk to Piedmont Park and Botanical Garden. There's some restaurants and a Trader Joe's within walking distance as well. If you're checking out the aquarium or Coca Cola downtown you can Uber during non rush hour rather than driving through traffic and paying for parking. The location feels very peaceful and safe to leave your vehicle and belongings at while you go out to explore.

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The place has a generous cancellation policy. We needed to change our travel plans last minute due illness & needed to rebook. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shopping area to eat dinner every night. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. We forgot a few things while at the beach & was easy just to go back to the condo to grab something. Highly recommend !

Our family had a wonderful week long stay at Susan’s condo. She supplied everything we needed for great beach days and the pool was clean and warm! It is within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and ice cream spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, yet fun place to stay in Bonita!
