The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)
