This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

Loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and the bike provided were super useful. We loved the area too, even though it was outside of the main area, we ate at the cheap local restaurants and explored the south side. We also explored the North island which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Dianny was super kind and gave us a lot of advice. Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

Rudy’s place matched the photos and worked great for a short-notice booking. The property itself is very centrally located and is only a 3 minute walk from the airport, which made check-in simple and easy. The space itself is private, and has its own wall and courtyard to insulate you from the street traffic outside. Rudy was always accessible throughout the day, which was much appreciated. Overall, this is a great option if you want to be in the center of town, near the action!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Has all the features listed. Is in a good location. Minor issue is that the bathroom door is 6 feet high. If you are tall, remember to duck.

This place is a hidden gem! Right on the water and centrally located so you can walk everywhere! Beautiful views, amazing big balcony - we had 5 of us and it was so roomy! Loved laying in the hammock and listening to the music coming from the local places with the nice ocean breeze ❤️ host is responsive, helpful and friendly. The upstairs bedroom has its own little balcony as well! Book it now!!

Sherilyn’s place was fantastic! We rented the extra apartment on the first floor and stayed with our 2 year old and 4 month old down there and 2 other couples upstairs. Great setup for parents to put kids to bed downstairs and make lots of noise upstairs without waking kids in apartment. We walked everywhere but roads require stable stroller. You can take a golf cart taxi any time also, Sharilyn provided a card on bulletin board. Pool has great shade for beginning and end of day and full sun mid-day. Also fantastic for kids. The couples we stayed with that didn’t have kids had an amazing time and so did we. Place is quiet at night and walkable to nightlife. I walked to the Split in 20 min. If taking a plane, airport is a few hundred yards down the road (though we never heard plan noise). WiFi is strong. Grocery store just down the road for some basics, but better ones in town. Overall definitely recommend her place! You’ll have a hard time leaving!

We booked very spontaneously as we had to cancel another location, because of its bad conditions. Bobbi reacted extremly fast and flexibly, was very warm, friendly and helpful, gave us a great welcome. We loved our appartment, it was so well equipped and very charmingly decorated. We had the best time there and can only highly recommend it. Great to have the pool and the bikes included as well. And, additional treat, there was a mixer in the kitchen, so we could make our own daiquiris with fresh mangos/papayas etc - loved it!

Everything was wonderful at the rainbow villa. It was spotlessly clean. The AC was cold. The pool was clean and the beautiful dock was perfect to be picked up for a trip. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The truck stop, a nice little breakfast place, rum dog, highly recommend, would come back!!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

My partner and I were very happy with our stay here. We felt it was an excellent deal for the price. Off the main road but close to town whether walking or with a cart. Grounds were well kept, pool was clean and bar was convenient if you wanted a quiet drink. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions or deal with any small things that came up. Great place to stay for an extended (3 or more weeks) stay in San Pedro. We fully intend to come back for our next trip.

Nice and easy stay in the middle of island surrounded by restaurants bars and grocery stores.everything walkable distance. host was very nice and let us leave our bags in the unit until we finished our day tour (even this was after check out time) many thanks

We booked Azul Visa Villa for our extended family (9 adults, 3 kids) and it worked perfectly. The separate spaces with the central pool was great for each of the families both doing some of their own thing and playing or lounging together. The compound is well-located in San Pedro-- easy to get into town or for boats to pick you up on a local dock. And the host and manager were incredibly responsive. Would recommend.

My stay @ Caribe Island was excellent! The host was very responsive & they were even able to accommodate early check in, which was very much appreciated. The unit itself is a bit dated, but everything was clean & tidy. The unit was a ground floor unit which I enjoyed, and while it is located at the back of the complex (no ocean views), I found it be be convenient (close to one of the 2 areas for parking) & quiet. It’s definitely recommended to have a cart as there is only 1-2 bars within walking distance, but plenty within a 5-10 min cart ride. There is also a nice little corner store within walking distance for drinks and snacks. Overall I enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay here while I was in San Pedro for a week. Lisa gave tons of useful information and arranged for Dean to pick me up from the airport and Gordo to pick me up from the water taxi. I was diving every day with Belize Pro Dive Center which was not far away. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, so I thought the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

Mijn vriendin en ik hebben hier drie nachten verbleven en hebben er ontzettend van genoten. De airbnb komt 100% overeen met de foto’s. De ruimte is van alle gemakken voorzien en je loopt daarnaast direct van je veranda het zwembad in. Ook biedt de accomodaties twee fietsen, waarmee je zeer gemakkelijk het eiland kunt verkennen. Het ligt op ongeveer vijf minuten fietsen van de hoofdstraat in Caye Caulker. De host reageert erg snel en is bereid om je met alles te helpen. Ik beveel deze accommodatie zeker aan en mochten wij nog eens terugkeren naar Caye Caulker dan zullen wij deze airbnb zeker overwegen om opnieuw te boeken.

Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don’t do it justice. Having the bikes were awesome, bike path out front leads into central area, lots of restaurants. The sunrises are amazing right out front, take your coffee to the private viewing deck on the water. She provides the basics for a few days, we brought our own coffee. She provides unlimited drinking water. The pool was nice and cool, up to 7’ deep w/ a mini waterfall. Super clean and so relaxing/ quiet. Susan is a lovely host and very responsive, she made great recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t cook, but she has all the essentials required, including a gas stove. Enjoy your stay at this lovely property

Beautiful cabin, secluded enough for some peace and quiet, but close enough (walking or biking) to the center, restaurants, diving tour places etc. Very clean, large bathroom- simply all we needed was there!

We love to walk for exercise in the mornings. In a few blocks from the lodging is the Belize Watertaxi. We walked the beach from there to the split in 1 1/2 miles, so it's a nice 3 mile round trip beach walk. There are lots of restaurants and tours in walking distance. We stayed 7 days and only rented a golf cart for 3 days to explore and go to Secret Beach. We took a day trip to Caye Caulker and trip snorkeling. Lisa and Gordo are excellent in communication and response. Lots of information at the room to read about favorites.

Lisa’s place is great. Good location but you need to rent a golf cart. Lisa and crew are very responsive and had recommendations for golf cart, excursions and restaurants. Comfortable king bed and the a/c was good. They set up our pick up from air port and ferry which was very much appreciated. We would go back to Lisa’s place again.

We enjoyed our stay at Bobbi’s place. The property is like a small compound, with 4 houses positioned around a pool, with a fence. Each house comes with two bikes for the guest which is great. We chose the biggest house bc it was the only one available with a dedicated working space. It was 2 level. I needed WiFi bc I chose to work 3 of the 6 days we stayed in Caye Caulker. The WiFi was very good. Only thing I’d say is to be sure to plug your laptop in the appropriate socket as some of the older sockets can’t support the charger. The amenities were great. We enjoyed having a full kitchen with filtered water and the bikes. We don’t get in the pool until our last day but it was also very relaxing. Only thing is that there are dogs that bark most of the night but I think it is like that at all of the residential areas of the island bc many people have dogs there. Overall, a great stay and I’d highly recommend for someone needing to work from home in an accessible location.
