Superb place. What a view!!!! Amazing quality and interior design. Everything you need for cooking. Super clean and amazing beds. Just in love with this place. Rita and Tom were also amazingly helpful and friendly, we had many good chats. Rita gave me her books to read. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️ A GEM!!!

We decided to spend a week in Southern Estonia, and what a gem the Tinso house turned out to be. Firstly, compared to some of the sheds that charge nearly double the amount besides not having water and other commodities, Tinso house is in the five star league. The house has everything one needs and even things one wouldn't imagine, such as a cheese-grater. The linen, towels, basic kitchen appliances, pots and pans – it is all there. The surrounding area is quiet and lovely. The closest store is 10 minutes away and there are a few swimming places within a 15 minute drive. When we finally left, we were somewhat sad, as it was a perfect getaway location. Finally, a huge thank you to Ronald and his family for this wonderful place. Would visit again 10/10.

We were looking for a peaceful and private forest getaway for a weekend, and the beautiful cottage in a the heart of the forest was just it! The kitchen was perfectly stocked withe all the basics like oil, salt, pepper, tea and coffee, the bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean and well kept. The description of privacy was accurate and the nearest neighbour was out of line of sight so we felt comfortable enjoying walks outdoors on the property without the fear of disturbing the neighbours. Also in the main kitchen/ living room building, the transcluent roof gave so much light even on rainy days in the end of September. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the yard in the evenings and going to bed fresh after sauna. We would definitely love to visit again in the future!

The surrounding woods and lake were beautiful and very peaceful! We also really enjoyed that the use of the sauna was included in the price. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The toilet was closer to the house than we had hoped and was surprisingly very nice! Everything was clean and there were some cool board games, a cd player that could be connected to a phone and the host even left us some local chocolate:)

Tolle, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Vollständig eingerichtete Küche, großer Fernseher, bequeme Betten und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

I had a wonderful stay at Ainar’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and communication with Ainar was easy and prompt throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this house! Everything was perfect. The house is exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. The sauna and hot tub were incredible, making our evenings truly special. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, always ready to assist if needed. The house is equipped with everything you might need for a perfect evening, whether you’re relaxing or spending time with friends and family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We would love to return in the future!
