You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

This is a small, clean main floor apartment (456 sq. ft.)in a 4-plex. This is an older home near East Center street, a short distance to downtown/Mayo. It is an older home but clean and comfortable with a big front porch. This unit is in a 4plex so guests may hear some noise from other guests in the building but it is generally quiet.

The Burton House is a recently renovated, cozy little home just a few blocks from downtown Winona, MN and the mighty Mississippi River. It is walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shops. It's the perfect launch pad for outdoor enthusiasts, with wonderful recreation opportunities in and around Winona.
