Pode acolher 3 pessoas adultas, ou 2 adultos e 2 crianças pequenas , pois na sala existe 1 sofá-cama prático e funcional. Tem disponível máquina de lavar loiça, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de café expresso da marca Nespresso, micro-ondas, frigorífico inteiro com 3 gavetas de congelador, placa eléctrica e forno, chaleira eléctrica, secador de cabelo. A casa tem um ambiente muito acolhedor, é cheia de luz e está muito confortável e sofisticada ao mesmo tempo. O melhor da casa é o terraço exterior, exclusivo desta casa, cheio de uma natureza verdejante e fresca, com uma óptima exposição solar e uma grande mesa para almoços. A Casa pertence à família que vive na casa ao lado, na Villa Santa Maria, mas a privacidade é total e garantida. A Casa está muito bem localizada, tem muito bons acessos e apesar de estar numa zona muito calma, está perto de muitos locais de interesse ao redor de Lisboa. Pode-se estacionar tranquilamente à porta de casa, 1 ou 2 carros, sem restrições ou limitações. Os hóspedes tem acesso total à casa inteira, a todo o espaço de arrumação existente, e também ao terraço exterior. Estamos totalmente disponíveis para apoiar os nossos hóspedes no que for necessário. Surroundings and Suggestions: Get your GPS ready and plan your day trips to some places suggested below: SINTRA: Start with visiting the neighborhood: São Pedro de Sintra. You will find in “Casa do Preto”, the pastry shop down the road, many new and delicious Portuguese pastries, try the “queijadas”… delicious! There is also another cozy coffee shop: NATÁLIA in a walking distance. You can also find many restaurants, and nice typical places to eat. Go to Sintra town center: is one of those places full of magic and mystery where nature and man have combined in a symbiosis so perfect that UNESCO has classified it as a World Heritage Site. Exotic gardens, lush parklands with centuries-old trees, fantastically decorated palaces, a Moorish castle, older than Europe, small lakes with nooks and fake ruins in the midst of nature are certainly inspiring for a special moment. Sintra is surely one of the most romantic destinations in Portugal, where kings and queens have fallen in love and Which writers and poets, such as Eça de Queiroz and Lord Byron, have recorded for ever in their works. Things to do in Sintra: Have a coffee with the amazing pastry “travesseiro” in Periquita coffee shop. Visit the palace PALÁCIO DA VILA. Visit the house and gardens of QUINTA DA REGALEIRA. Then go up the mountain to another palace PALÁCIO DA PENA and castle CASTELO DOS MOUROS. Get back in the car and go to CONVENTO DOS CAPUCHOS ancient convent in the mountain, then to PENINHA, and finally to Azóia where you can relax in a bar called BAR DO MOINHO. Nearby you can also visit CABO DA ROCA the most western part of Europe. You could carry up north by the coast and pass a beach called ADRAGA with a great seafood restaurant. 3 km after you will find another great beach PRAIA GRANDE. And finally if you carry on you can stop in a small and cute village by the sea AZENHAS DO MAR. Visit CASCAIS and ESTORIL: The house is only 11 km from the cosmopolitan Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, delightful esplanades by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife. Estoril, that has the biggest casino in Europe, is only 9 km away. The beach Guincho, in Cascais, with its surrounding natural park, is highly recommended for beach and water sports activities (as windsurf or kitesurf). Along this coast the choice of beaches is endless and white sandy family beaches are only 15 minutes drive away. The closest beaches are Praia Grande, Guincho and Estoril. LISBON: Portugal´s capital is only 20 to 25 minutes away by car. Heading to the old part of Lisbon you can first get to CHIADO, park the car for the day and start by having a Portuguese expresso in BRASILEIRA or BENARD coffee shops (never miss the pastry PASTEL DE NATA!). Up another hill across downtown you can take a TUK TUK TOUR to get you to the castle CASTELO DE SÃO JORGE and the old city MOURARIA. There are plenty of beautiful churches all around the old part of Lisbon. In BAIXA (downtown) enjoy the great square TERREIRO DO PAÇO, have a walk alongside the RIVER TAGUS all the way to CAIS DO SODRÉ train station stopping for lunch at the nearby market MERCADO DA RIBEIRA. Head back home from Lisbon before rush hour, 5pm is a good time. At Praia da Adraga: Praia da Adraga At Praia Grande: Bar do Fundo VII. Useful information: HOSPITAL: If you need to see a doctor or if there is a medical emergency go to the nearest public hospital in Cascais, Hospital de Cascais, about 10 minutes away. GPS coordinates: 38.4347.4,-9.2505. PHARMACY: The closest one is near the local Church, 1km away from the house. Open every day. SUPERMARKETS: Open every day between 7am and 12pm. The closest one is Aldi is just a few roundabouts away on the way to Estoril (9am-9pm). Supercor, more down the same road as Aldi’s (9am-10pm). Then follows Continente in Cascaishopping shopping center (8.30am-11pm Monday to Sunday; 8.30am-12pm Friday and Saturday). Pingo Doce is in Portela de Sintra (in front of Casa do Preto, turn left and go down the road. Once passing through a BP gas station, turn right, then turn on the second road left) SHOPS: Plenty of all sorts of shops in Cascaishopping shopping center, Sintra Retail Park on IC19 road, open every day from 10 am to 23 Pm. Villa Santa Maria guest house is only 20 km from Lisbon International Airport and very easily accessible by car through the main road Lisboa-Sintra (IC19). also by train or bus. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving op een berg met een panoramisch uitzicht over de vallei. Gunstig gelegen aan de Zilverkust en op slechts 8 km van Nazaré en 7 km rijden van Alcobaça met het prachtige Unesco werelderfgoed klooster. Op 3 minuten rijden bevinden zich een tweetal restaurants, koffiebar en supermarktje. Mooie wandelingen in de omgeving, een perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Geniet van het wakker worden met het geluid van de zingende vogels en ontbijt met een prachtig uitzicht.

Cascais Amazing Pool House With Shared Plunge Pool

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

Casa pequena típica portuguesa do antigamente. De paredes de pedra. Casa com mais de 100 anos, Reabilitada para mais comodidade. Situa se a cerca 800 metro do santuário de Fátima, 10 minutos a pé. Pode acolher até 3 pessoas. Acesso ao Wi-Fi gratuito. ATENÇÃO : no último sábado ate a ultima de segunda feira a terça feira de julho de todos os anos, realizam-se as festas da aldeia, e tomem cuidado que nesse período havera muito ruído de música e festa durante a noite.

The spacious covered terrace has an outside kitchen. Situated at the edge of a small village, 21 km from Castelo Branco in a beautiful area suitable for hiking. Several natural beaches nearby, nearest 8km. Horseback-riding, without experience, at 9km.

Sea Nest near Sintra

This House is situated just 50 Mts from the sea in a 40.000 m2 area, 360' view, in an excellent fishing point called "ponta do caneiro " . It is also surronded by wild beaches and the Magoito beach. It was built in 1940 and was recently totally restored. An electric car or a 9 seat Van is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at the airport.
