Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Nespresso Machine and pods, kettle,toaster and blender provided in well equipped kitchen.

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
