Location, View, Hot Tub, Shop, Restaurants, Beach

My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

2nd Retreat

This bright and quaint historical little house is one block from the downtown district. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Long Lake Peaceful Paradise

Enjoy our beautiful Michigan scenery and escape from reality! Relax with the whole family at a peaceful and private lakefront retreat. Our house has been fully updated and newly furnished with contemporary and comfortable pieces. In the warmer weather enjoy sitting by the campfire, grilling out, boating or kayaking. If you're looking for snowy winter fun, we are close to snowmobile and ATV trails. We have a large driveway to make parking your trailer easy!

No shooting allowed on property except during deer rifling hunting season.

Tucked in the woods of Indian River, Veaux Pines is a cozy A-Frame retreat designed for relaxing Up North getaways. Perfect for couples or a small getaway with friends, the cabin sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably and is just minutes from Mullet and Burt Lake, trails, and Northern Michigan adventures.

This modern rustic Up North cabin that offers 120 feet on the Thunder bay river! Cabin is located on a private Rd. which gives you the true Up North feel but is only a 15 minute drive to Alpena! Enjoy fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming as well as hikes on the nearby state land! Property has it's own boat launch, fire pit and also 6 kayaks (4 adult and 2 kids) for you to use! Cabin also includes WiFi, smart TV, outdoor grill.

The Little Bear Cabin on the Hill is nestled in the woods off of M-32. It is surrounded by Lakes, State Land, and Golf Courses. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!

The Depot

This unique rental is situated right next to the railway, conveniently located within walking distance of multiple amenities and not too far from downtown Alpena. The train passes through almost daily, giving a fun, industrial vibe to the property!

Scudder's Up North

Our family home is across the street from Lake Huron and public beaches. It is also walking distance from the beautiful and historic downtown Alpena. We are putting a lot of time and love in to making this a fun and comfortable vacation home.
