Thanks for a great stay Lindsey and Gail! This cute little house has a great location in Amble on a quiet street, that's just a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street and 10 mins from the harbour. Our stand outs were the very comfy bed in the main bedroom and the amazing shower! The house also heats up fast, as we found after arriving on a chilly day, and there was always a parking space for us on the street :) It was all spotlessly clean. This is a great base for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast!

The house was spotless with plenty of room downstairs for us. The main bedroom was large and lovely with an ensuite shower/ toilet. The other 2 bedrooms were smaller but perfect for our needs. All beds were very comfy. The kitchen/diner was VERY well stocked with everything thing we could have needed. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread and milk with some goodies too and a fresh bag of coffee. Lots of little thoughtful extras, like books, games, doggy items, beach towels and a fab record player! We loved sitting in the garden in the morning and evening. Hardly noticed there were neighbours as it was very peaceful despite being a residential area. We loved our stay and if back in the area would definitely stay again. Stayed for three nights at Rosemary's place and would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Excellent communication, lovely house and a perfect location. My son slept well in the pull out bed and he really enjoyed playing with the table football. Thank you!

La maison est très agréable. L'environnement est calme. En moins d'un quart d'heure de marche on est au port et au centre ville. Supermarché à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir aux alentours.

Stayed for 1 night in advance of a university open day. All good for what we needed - easy parking, straight forward drive to the university, helpful host. Thanks very much.

We absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of space both inside and out and a fantastic entertainment area with outdoor cooking facilities. Minutes away from a dog friendly sandy beach. Marske is a lovely place with Saltburn a short drive or walk down the beach. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great clean, spacious family home, felt at ease, very comfortable, enjoyed our stay. Great value for money. Completed Spennymoor parkrun and visited Durham for Rugby.

Absolutely great place. Perfect location for a nice day out in ouseburn / a walk along the quayside. Spacious and airy apartment that is bigger than it looks in the pictures too! Would recommend for sure! X

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect with a mall across the street and lots of restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive which was nice because we got in later at night. The place was extremely clean which is super nice when on the road! I would definitely recommend!

This was my third stay at Ben’s flat for a short, work-related trip. The flat was extremely clean as usual, cosy as described, 20 min away on foot from Newcastle University where I work, very close to HayMarket and the city centre, which is perfect for me. Ben is always helpful and friendly. I would heartily recommend the flat for a single person or a couple !

We had a lovely short stay at Steph’s place. It was perfect for our needs as we were with a number of family members staying nearby. It was very quiet and relaxing after a full day exploring the area. We tried the local Indian takeaway which was first class. I would certainly stay here again.

Had a great 2 night stay just me and my pooch Beryl, right on the beach, I took my camera and got some great shots on from the attic window, lovely beach walks and great food at granny Annie's where dogs are very welcome, will definitely stay again !!

Lovely touch Yvonne & Andrew leaving a small milk for us & some very nice cookies. Super kind. Beds were super comfy, lovely quiet area. We will be back.

This was the perfect little cottage for our stay: it had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Ben was a super helpful host with lots of useful communications before we arrived, and was quick to reply when we had a query during our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ben.

We love coming back to West Tower, it has such a cosy feel while also very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and there are plenty of games in the living room. It is very quiet at night so easy to fully relax and switch off. The location couldn’t be better, close to the beach, an amazing deli and great pubs and restaurants. We will hopefully be back next year!

Fantastic location for a weekend with a 16month old. Spacious bedroom, good quality cot, comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen. Short walk through a nice park with a kids playground and small boating lake, to get to the large sandy beach and the start of a coastal walk. We had no car and manged this trip from London, getting a nice coastal bus to and from Sunderland to the place and a bus back from our coastal walk.

Diane was lovely, so helpful from showing us around to the very detailed instructions on all the facilities. Always on hand if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is comfy and has everything you need. Loved the finishing touches and welcome pack which included dog treats. The beach, coastal trails and country park are a short walk away making it a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Can’t wait to return

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

Just enjoyed a lovley week at Brodies Hideaway. Great location with an easy walk into Amble for shops,restuarants and the lovley harbour. Also a great base for exploring further afield. Reece provided clear instructions for getting here and for entering the apartment and provided a prompt response to messages. The apartment is well furnished and maintained and has everything we needed. The apartment is great value for money and would definitley stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cat’s place very much. We were a party of 4 adults who wanted a quiet spot to retreat to after a days sightseeing. It fitted the bill perfectly. It is located on a beautiful leafy road just a short walk away from the High Street which has a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. It’s easy to get into Newcastle Center on the bus, or to visit the coast on the Metro. The flat has a very comfortable home from home feel. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed . We would definitely book in again if we were visiting the area.
