Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior

Två bekväma sovrum, två badrum och ett vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning. Utgång till rymlig terrass. Poolområde och lekplats finns på området. För tillfället byggs fas 3 av denna byggnad. Det kan upplevas störande.

Unser Ferienhaus in Benajarafe liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 800m vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben einen Garten und einen großen Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Auf 140 qm haben 6 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer) viel Platz für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
