Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Located only 300 m from the centre of town and one kilometre from the beach – at Costa del Sol’s only unspoilt coastal stretch. Málaga and the airport can be reached within 30 minutes by car. This independent 35m² apartment is part of Cortijo Molino in Almayate with a private, fenced garden of 1000m² with lawn, lounge areas, BBQ, pool and panoramic views over the sea. Should the main house be rented out you would share the pool and part of the garden with other guests by arrangement.

2 min drive to sea, 1 sec walk and you dive into the pool. So close is the good life and a happy holiday in total freedom. All inclusive is the tasteful and creative comfort of the light and sunny Studio of 35 m2 in our idyllic house. With own entrance, own terrace with sea views, french doors, kitchen, wifi and amazing pool at 1 sec. The moment you are here, you want to stay forever. We live in the back of the house. Well separated. We respect your privacy. Total freedom as we said.

It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a very large living room and several balconies from where you can enjoy the views of the countryside and the mountain Surrounded by nature and a completely quiet space. It is a 15-minute walk from the beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol that stands out for its tourist absence. Supermarkets and restaurants just minutes' walk away.
