Genieten van rust en de natuur. Dat kan in ons vrijstaand gelegen huis. Voorzien van een grote tuin en gelegen op een zeer ruime en zonnige open plek in het bos aan een doodlopende weg. Vanuit de woning loopt u zo het bos in en uw hond is van harte welkom. Vanaf het terras heeft u een schitterend uitzicht over de naast gelegen weilanden. De omgeving is zeer geliefd vanwege de vele wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Alle voorzieningen (bakker en diverse supermarkten) zijn dichtbij aanwezig.

Le DOMAINE DU 20 MALLETEIX a été entièrement rénové en 2020 sur un terrain de 10000 m2 de nature. Il est constitué de la maison principale de 300m2 habitables, d'un four à pain rénové (espace indépendant en duplex avec deux chambres), un pigeonnier, une petite dépendance (ancienne porcherie) transformée en maison des enfants, Au centre se trouvent la piscine, le Spa, et le préau, véritable lieu de vie de ce domaine.
