This is a truly lovely space with wonderful amenities. Phots looked exactly like the property, so there are no surprises. Things we specifically loved: -Adorable lake within walking distance -Clean and private hot tub -Incredible linens, kitchen items, and toiletries -Deep and relaxing bathtub -Great internet connection for those who need to do a little work or who want to stream their favorite show -Comfortable furnishings both indoors and out -Located in an LGBTQ+ friendly area Would highly recommend! Especially for folks looks for a relaxing time with all the comforts of home.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days with our children and grandchildren. It was welcoming and had everything that we needed and more. This place is so kid-friendly with the games and toys. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we forgot to bring, (spices, oil, etc.). The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. I would love to come back in the summer because the garage is filled with everything you need to enjoy the pool, beach or backyard. I am hoping we can visit Idlewood Cottage again in the future. The house was beautiful and location perfect for walking downtown and even into Douglas. The pool had amazing views. Kitchen fully stocked, and furniture and bedding very comfortable and felt like home. Jill was very responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

It was a great place, enough space for everyone to relax. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was very well equipped for dinner. We loved having the pool so close and the outdoor hot tub was sweet. If you do stay during the cold weather you will need to bundle up if you’re sleeping in the basement room. It never got warm down there.

These ladies did an amazing job with this airbnb! It was very spacious, clean and setup with everything you would conveniently need & wish you had when traveling. My family and I have stayed in a lot of nice airbnb’s and I can honestly say this is one of our top 5! We will be back again. Rashica

We are very happy with the Peacock and the house exceeded our expectations. Both the house and pool are beautiful! We used the pool every day for many hours. The couch in the family room was fantastic for the family to gather and watch TV at night. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, and we had enough pots, pans, and dishes to feed a large crowd of family members. We also spent a lot of time on the deck in the morning and evening, and watched the deer move around in the woods every morning with a cup of coffee was very relaxing. We were attending a family wedding that weekend and the convenience of having a bathroom for each bedroom was awesome! Also, the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. Everyone who visited the Peacock that weekend all commented on how nice the house and pool are.

We loved our stay. Started when we walked in to tranquil music. The house was exactly as advertised. We had 3 couples so it worked out perfectly with the 3 full baths. Super clean. The living room was great for hang outs. Made for a very relaxing weekend. We went in off season so didn’t use the pool but would go back in the summer to do so! House had more amenities and accessories than most so loved that. There was iPad with house instructions but you could also play music as it was set up to the houses sound system. ♥️ We had a great time! Not far from anything, great location.

We had the best experience at Russ's place! The unit was extremely clean and we felt right at home! It was easy to find and in a very nice little development We enjoyed playing the games and and watching movies and playing some old games on the PlayStation! ! We rented bikes downtown and it was a short ride back to the house. It was a quick trip in to downtown, and there was plenty going on! It was also just a couple minutes to the grocery store as well as the beach. We took advantage of the Kal Haven trail as well as Van Buren state park. We were outside the window of being able to use the golf cart but that would have been a blast! If you are there in the summer, they have everything you would need! I would definitely stay here again.

We are from West Michigan, but had never spent the night in Saugatuck. We always went home after a visit. That was such a mistake. After staying at Holiday Hill, we realized that this small communityvof Saugatuck is so wonderful that it is best to stay long enough to enjoy everything. Holiday Hill is across the river from downtown Saugatuck with a beautiful view of the river, the sunrise, and the city shoreline. Nick's place was immaculate, and secured up a hill from the small resort that services it, so that it is very private. We may make it an annual event to visit the city and stay at Holiday Hill in one of Nick's units.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to South Haven and found Ken's condo the perfect spot for a small family reunion. We found the condo very clean and a fine fit for our needs. Ken was just an excellent host, very accommodating and prompt in responding to any and all questions. We were glad we stayed in this condo and would surely consider it again on a subsequent visit to the area.

We LOVE Saugatuck but always have used a hotel chain. We decided to utilize Airbnb this time and will never go back to hotels! Beautiful home and beautiful surroundings! Home was clean and well stocked!

The description and photos were accurate. The pool was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The kitchen layout and amenities were great. The only downside was being on the lower level and having people in the condo above.

This place was great! The space was clean and cozy and we definitely hope to come visit again. We also enjoyed the small cafe/market nearby. Mike was a kind and responsive host, too!

Super clean and spacious condo! The host was really responsive and helpful. We felt so safe with our own personal code to enter and lock the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked, and furniture and bedding very comfortable……felt like home. Beautiful views from the deck and balcony. Awesome location and walkable distance to downtown Saugatuck. The host recommendations on restaurants and things to do were spot on. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to be back!
