Nellie’s Lake Retreat

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). The house is open and bright, it faces South so plenty of light even in winter. Enjoy sitting on the deck or in the covered patio and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this downtown Cartersville home. Walk to all downtown shops and restaurants. Relax in the mornings drinking coffee on the attached screened in porch. Spacious parking lot behind home that is private and secure. Big enough to host a family reunion, but cozy enough for a romantic weekend with your honey. Each room has its own décor theme, the master suite is INCREDIBLE, and the house has plenty to keep you entertained like pool, games, Starlink Wifi and dish network. We have worked hard to make our home your home.

The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods and wildlife.
