Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Every detail in the home is thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Toni’s place was exactly as described and perfect for my wife and I. Neat, clean and well appointed. Its neighborhood location couldn’t be better. We had a rental car and never had a problem with parking. Easy walk to groceries, pharmacy, coffee and restaurants. A short drive to many attractions and activities on the west side of LA. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place right off of Hollywood Blvd with a spectacular view of LA. Michael was a great host and was helpful with tips to enjoy the area. Don't hesitate to book this house!

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
