A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Groom’s Cottage

Arranged in the traditional U-shape, the cottage forms part of a converted stable block within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. The cottage benefits from its own, South-facing patio which looks out onto a communal courtyard. The property has its own private entrance and two car parking spaces. A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions.

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.

A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
