DNT’s cozy retreat

We would like to invite you to stay at our lovely home. It has been 90% renovated inside and out, very clean and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping malls nearby and we’re only 5 miles from the state fairgrounds. There is a motor home located on site, however it is unoccupied and out of the way. Also there are 2 ring cameras located in the front of the house only for security.

Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.

Only 3 miles to the Western Washington Fairgrounds, 1/2 mile to Farm 12, and 2 miles to downtown Sumner making it easy to plan your visit. This 1 bed 1 bath guest house sits behind the "main" house on its own separate and private fenced lot, up above a storage garage. (Please note that there are stairs up into unit. )
