This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day. It's a cozy spot with a patio dining area, hot tub, fire pits, porch swing, and hammocks.
